Damaged
The coffee table is very nice but arrived damaged. We had to re-glue the draw reinforcer back into place, and the strut which runs between the legs under the draws also needed re-screwing into place. It is scratched in two places too. With the amount of packaging there’s no way this was damaged in transit, so was sent out in this condition. We needed it quickly and couldn’t be bothered to go to the hassle of returning it.

I ordered a chest of drawers in Antique White, but when it arrived, the colour was more grey than white. I contacted the company, and their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. They offered to exchange it for the white version and arranged the replacement free of charge.
The chest of drawers is beautifully made, excellent quality, and looks fantastic in my home. The way the company handled the issue was professional, helpful, and hassle-free.
