The Fusion5 tablet is just awful
The Fusion5 tablet is just awful. It is not a functional device. Not based on modern age (i.e. its not the 1980s) standards anyway. Cumbersome, slow, non-responsive, a real pain to use. Sound is terrible. Heavy. I wrote to them to request a return but as it was after the 30 day return window they refused. Biggest waste of £250 I can think of. Having now to buy another device. Steer clear.

Hi Sinead,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback — we're sorry to hear that your experience hasn't met expectations.
We understand how frustrating it can be when a device doesn't perform as hoped, and we genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As a standard part of every purchase, we offer a 30-day returns period — if a device doesn't meet your expectations within that time, we're happy to arrange a hassle-free refund. Unfortunately, as your return request came in after this window had passed, we are unable to process a refund on this occasion in line with our returns policy.
That said, your device is covered under warranty and we would really like the opportunity to help resolve the issues you've experienced — whether that's performance, responsiveness, sound, or anything else you've raised. Our team is on hand to work through these with you, and in many cases issues like these can be addressed.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at eve@fusion5store.com and we'll do our best to make things right.

I’m a teacher and I use my Fusion5…
I’m a teacher and I use my Fusion5 Windows tablet for work every day. It runs full Windows 11 so I can plan lessons, mark work, and run my teaching apps with no issues. The screen is clear for Zoom classes, and with a keyboard it works just like my laptop.
For the price, it’s been a lifesaver in the classroom and at home. Highly recommended.

Good for photo
As a professional photographer, the Fusion Tablet has become an essential part of my kit. The 12-inch display is brilliant for reviewing high-res shots on location, offering the color accuracy and detail I need. Running full Windows is a massive advantage because I can use desktop versions of my editing software without any compromises. It’s incredibly convenient to tether my camera directly to a device this portable. It’s essentially a powerful workstation that fits in my camera bag, making my mobile workflow smoother than ever.

Hi Colin,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We're really pleased to hear your order arrived quickly, that everything was as described, and that you found the setup nice and straightforward — that's exactly the experience we aim for. You make a fair point about the SD card, and we completely understand that it can catch customers off guard. You're right that keeping it separate helps us offer the best possible price on the device itself, but we'll certainly take your feedback on board as a reminder to make this clearer upfront. Thanks again for your support — we hope you're loving your new device, and please don't hesitate to get in touch if there's anything we can help with!

There are too many hoops to sign up for…
There are too many hoops to sign up for the warranty. Once you sign up for the 2 year warranty, the site only gives you 1 year. Not a great start on setting up the tablet. We will see how the rest of the set up goes and performance once we have added to our inventory.

Hi Matt,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review — we really appreciate all feedback received, and we're very sorry to hear that the warranty registration process was too time consuming
Just to clarify: depending on the model you've purchased, your device is covered by either a standard 1-year or 2-year warranty (Please see your sales invoice for confirmation) No registration is needed for this coverage.
However, if you register your purchase with us within 14 days of buying, we're happy to add a complimentary 90-day extension on top of your standard warranty at no extra cost. It's our way of saying thank you and giving you a little extra peace of mind.
We hope you're enjoying getting set up, and please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly if there's anything else we can help with!

Good first impression, especially for families
Good first impression, especially for families
One thing I liked straight away is the rugged design. I have a young child at home, so having something that feels more protected and durable makes a big difference.
Setup was simple and everything ran smoothly. The 12GB RAM and 512GB storage also stand out for the price.
Battery life seems good so far, although I haven’t used it long enough to comment on long-term performance.
Overall, it feels like a solid, practical device, especially for everyday use or for households with kids.
