The market for gas and electricity contracts for an SME is a jungle with many adopting hard sell practices that I regard as unethical, many brokers expect businesses to place contacts worth over £10000 a year on verbal agreements without providing anything in writing. Even OFGEM doesn't insist terms and conditions are given in writing before contract. David understood our requirements, gave full visibility of everything, maintained the right level of contact.

I contacted this company when myself and our partner needed to get an electricity company for our new business. I searched many places and fusion came up in the search engine.
Ethan Stuart contacted my partner first of all and talked through what they could offer. As my partner works in a physical job I then took over dealing with this as it’s much easier for myself to take calls.
Ethan has been so patient and understanding through the whole process and explained everything to us. He’s managed to get us a great deal and has saved us so much money which is the most important thing in the day in age. So if you want to change say your electricity or anything then please consider this company as you won’t be disappointed.

They started to ring me about sorting an electricity contact. They were very persistent but I didn’t mind at first however yesterday I answered a call and and discuss a contract. They were pushing yu energy which I now see from other reviews is because they get a big commission, however I had to go to work and I had 7 calls, all leaving voicemails along with countless emails from two different people who work at cushion within the space of a couple of hours. I told them I no longer wanted to work with them as that’s too much and I felt very harassed. I asked them to take me off their system and then started to get calls and emails from a third person! I continue to tell all of them another 2 time to take me off their system and have just received yet another email ignoring all of this and pushing me to sign a contract

Your representative, Fraser Hallas, guided me through the process of changing energy supplier without any fuss and even when I had an issue, he calmly reassured me that there wouldn't be any problems.

Everything was concluded swiftly and efficiently. Very impressed.

Avoid Fusion for Business. In my experience, they promoted a terrible energy supplier—Yu Energy—while appearing to prioritise the large commission they would earn rather than finding a fair and reliable deal for my business.

The rates I was quoted were misleading from the beginning, and my experience with Yu Energy has left me feeling completely scammed. However, Fusion for Business refuses to accept any responsibility for recommending this supplier or for the problems that followed.

Their after-sales service has been appalling. There is virtually no communication, emails have remained unanswered for more than two months, and the few responses I received were casual and unprofessional.

Fusion for Business was happy to arrange the contract and collect its commission, but when serious problems arose, it offered no meaningful support. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that business owners stay away from both Fusion for Business and Yu Energy.

I can’t recommend Ethan Stuart highly enough. We had unfortunately allowed our energy contract to lapse, but Ethan went above and beyond to help us get everything sorted.
