Mark Sumner went above and beyond to get a good deal on electric supply for our small premises.
He started with a very reasonable deal,but then said he would try another supplier and see if he could get the day rate scrapped ( he wasn’t hopeful) but came back to me within 1/2 hour with that deal saving us 60% on what we currently pay.Thank you very much Mark.

Took away the stress and headache of finding a new supplier
Our business recently moved into premises so we were automatically out of contract with the previous supplier to the premises. As a new business we were finding difficulty in getting a supplier to accept us without a number of conditions. I spoke to Cameron, explained our predicament and he managed to resolve everything for us within 48 hours and immediately took the stress and headache away. He understood our requirements and gave excellent service. I have already recommended him and FFB to a number of businesses.

Fusion definitely works for us.
Fraser provided the most appropriate quotes , saving us nearly half on our energy bills.He was always available to discuss the information. Once we agreed on suppliers, he guided us through the signing process, checking with us through the process. All in all I would recommend Fusion and Fraser every time

Helped our Church switch and save
Mark was especially helpful. He understood some of the complexities that Churches have.
We were offered a great Gas price which is currently lower than what we are paying, and they are helping us make the switch.

Mark Summer responded quickly by phone and email to my initial enquiry, and was polite, friendly and helpful, all of which made me feel comfortable dealing with him. A refreshing and welcome change from having to deal with 'bots'!
