This gadget gone is nothing more than a complete scam!
They received my iPhone 12 Monday and they don't answer any phone calls or emails regarding the transaction! Under no circumstances do, I recommend this scam operation! The name fits perfectly that if you send it to them your gadget is gone!!!!

Their service is truly outstanding. After visiting two different stores that offered unreasonably low prices for my iPhone, I decided to use their service instead. The process of sending in my phone was simple and hassle-free, and they paid me exactly the amount quoted on their website with no hidden deductions or surprises. It was a very smooth and experience!

I had a great experience. Communication was great and when there was an issue with the phone I turned in (damaged during shipping) the customer service was great. Responsive, transparent and fair.

They had the nerve to do a whole essay dunking on Amazon trade in for scamming their customers and lowballing when gadget gone is no different or better! They offered 20 dollars for a Wii U deluxe console in great condition! Unbelievable. 1 dollar for a great condition Samsung Galaxy 5 watch is diabolical.

The service was very easy and they were also honest about the fact that my devices were in better shape than I had stated and priced it fairly.

The phones that I sent them were not unlocked and they were super patient waiting for this to occur. The communication with them was great!! I never wondered what was going on with what I had sent. Great experience!!! I would highly recommend and if I ever have another gadget to get rid of - they will be my first choice!!

I highly recommend Gadget Gone. Got a quotes from them and a competitor of theirs to buy my iPhone. Both quoted the same price. Gadget Gone followed up the same day with shipping information. Their competitor took 3 days. Gadget Gone then sent me a follow up email a few days later telling me that after evaluation, they were paying almost 4 times more than their quote. Payment was easy. Really honest.

Things went smoothly until it was time to pay me and that took a bit of work but in the end they paid and it was a few dollars more than originally quoted. I would use them again.

I was pretty nervous sending my iPhone to a company that was new to me. But GadgetGone responded quickly with their evaluation and price, both of which I thought were reasonable. The same day I accepted their offer, they had my funds (digital gift card) emailed from a third party named Prizeout. I was again rather nervous about whether that was a legitimate company, and whether my digital gift card would really work. I was really pleased when the gift card transactions worked smoothly at my chosen retailer. I recommend GadgetGone as a reliable company, and I would certainly use them again.

Absolutely a racket. Do not use them. I sent in a phone without any damage. They send back a very low offer for it. I asked for photos. They sent me a photo of a severely cracked camera lens—that did not exist when I wrapped it and sent it off. How do I know? Because I took a lens wipe to it, the back of the phone, and the screen before I sent it in!) And because I asked for photos, they were like oh hey! We don’t want to lose you so we’ll raise the offer by $13 (from $21 to $34. The original estimate was $64.)

Bait & switch SCAM company. Sold my Iphone, online quote was 25% higher than what they paid.
