Gatekeeper Avis

Very happy with gatekeepers, Sam especially kept me up to date with everything and made sure to call to keep me updated.

Made me feel very reassured and relaxed through the process of my first home

Dan Thorne and Alice Luke have done a thorough and good job at finding tenants and doing all the admin associated with this. They have communicated well with us throughout the process. Alice has been a great help in organising for the property to be clean and fresh for
the new tenants to move in.

Easy to book and arrange a viewing. Confirmation texts and emails. Liz was there and greeted us on time. She had planned the walk around pointing out and highlighting areas. Great relaxed viewing. Felt comfortable with Liz. Loved the property.

Everything ran on time, and Grace was really friendly , knowledgeable and answered all of our questions!
Also the property shown was amazing.

Harry is such an accommodating person. Thank you for your time showing the property !

I have been using Gatekeeper to manage my property for some time now. As local, independent agents, I feel that they are providing reliable information based on local knowledge.
I am kept well informed about all aspects of the tenancy; from tenant matters and maintenance, to legislation changes and account information for example.
Lucy and Kenya in particular have been friendly and helpful, providing a personal service whilst also being professional. I am confident that they know me, and also my property well. It is always easy to get in touch whether by phone or e mail.
