I had a viewing today which was not the best - whilst the rep from the estate agent was friendly enough, I was never told that a) the tenants would be in the property, or b) as a result of tenants being in the property that it would not be possible to access all areas comfortably or easily (ie there was a lady praying between the entrance and kitchen, so I couldn’t enter to see the kitchen).

If people are taking time out of their busy schedule to view, they should be confident that the viewing will be of the most benefit for them within that time given.

Again, I do not blame the person showing me around but more transparency by the people placing the bookings would be helpful.

Charlie was great and so helpful. He kept us updated the whole way and if we had any questions, he was quick to answer them. If we ever spoke with anyone else at Gatekeeper they were equally as friendly too.

I had a viewing today with grace and I was really impressed with her. She was right on time, explained everything clearly,very professional and very informative. I will definitely recommend her and the entire gatekeeper team.

Joseph was very personable. He wasn’t pushy and gave me time to have a proper look round without any pressure. He answered my questions and any that he didn’t know the answer to he said he would find out for me.
