Recently my car went in for a service and some work was identified as being required, which would be covered under warranty. Although obviously frustrating this was required, Gates Ford, Woodford made the process so easy from arranging a replacement car to keeping me updated as regards to the expectation on when parts would be available to fix the issue. I must say the staff are so friendly and helpful.

I can't convey enough how impressed both myself and my father were with the level of professionalism, knowledge, and honesty that Ryan Brown and his colleague showed us today. Five star salesmen. Even though on this occasion we did not proceed with the purchase they were not pushy in anyway and just wanted us to make the appropriate decision for us. 100% going to come back to them to purchase a car when we are ready.

Great customer service from the start, Sasha, was the sales rep and so friendly and helpful . She looked after us, can't fault how much Sasha did to help on the prices and tailored all the needs we wanted with getting the car ready for us. Really good customer service, thank you would definitely buy from Ford Harlow again.

From the moment I stepped into the showroom, I was greeted with great service from all staff members. It was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. My car dealer, Juhel Ahmed, provided outstanding service. He made the entire experience very simple and easy for me, which I greatly appreciated as a customer.
There was a small hiccup when I accidentally paid too much deposit, but Juhel handled it with such professionalism. I got the refund back without any problem, all thanks to his attentiveness.
Moreover, Juhel ensured that my car was taxed and insured before I left the showroom, allowing me to drive away happy and without any worries. It’s these thoughtful touches that make a difference.
Dealing with Juhel has been an absolute pleasure. His expertise and dedication to service are commendable. I 100% recommend him and GATES FORD - Waltham Cross to anyone looking to buy a new car. They truly go above and beyond to ensure you leave with a smile on your face.

I bought a car from the branch and they kept it in service before I received it and after 4 days I bring it back to service because had issues. It didn't pass a 1 week. You go to the store and tell them to do something, but the contrary they did what they want it, I think my wife is a better mechanic then them... A quick advice: Think not twice but ten times if you want to buy it, and just buy it from online because you will have 14 days of change your mind, otherwise they tell you is not a toy if you want to return it(BECAUSE YOU HAVE REAL PROBLEM)

sold me a new car failed to register and tax the vehicle I DROVE IT AROUND UNINSURED AS WASNT REGISTERED IN MY NAME (insurance requirement ) for TWO MONTHS!!! And they didn’t give a shi not a bit
We had the most amazing service from Ryan. He went above and beyond to help us out and got everything sorted so quickly would recommend Ryan if ever you go down to Gates Woodford

Went to buy my first car today and was looked after by James Callow.
It is rare today to find car salesmen with integrity, in depth knowledge about their cars, and who really care about their customers.
He spent the time to talk through what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable with knowing what I was buying was safe and what I needed.
I really couldn’t recommend a team more professional than this. And walked away with the car I wanted! Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service from Matt at Ford's Stevenage.
I visited ford to see what my options were as my PCP contract was nearer the later part and Matt explained the options I had.
He also assisted on looking for a car that suited my needs for me - explaining the options, what may suit or may not and in which I then ended up purchasing my new car! All paperwork was explained too in detail.
Overall a fantastic experience at Gates Stevenage and would highly recommend- especially Matt! Thankyou

Absolutely fantastic service.
I received a professional, trustworthy, honest, fair and friendly service from Gates Ford Stevenage and am very happy with my used Ford.
Pricing was fair and reasonable and their used stock seems to be well vetted.
I haven’t had any issues with my purchase so can’t comment on how any problems would be handled. However, the attention I’ve received, together with their years of good reputation gives me confidence.
I would wholeheartedly recommend purchasing a used car from them.

Called with a query about my Service Plan, spoke to Danielle in Stevenage who answered all my questions, provided me with lots of information and then booked me an appointment. We purchased a car with gates on HP , the car was a display model, registration 2019, we purchased 2022 with 11,000 miles on the clock ! We have only done 11,000 miles the gears got stuck in fifth gear , we have now been told it’s going to cost us £2600 ! The customer care is disgusting at the garage, would never ever go there again stay well away the after service is appalling my partner has had cars from them for many years ! They just drive you away
