I recently bought a vehicle from BMW Snows Portsmouth, customer service was outstanding. I was met at the door by a friendly receptionist who took my details, offered me a seat and coffee. Met with Aidan and Tani who helped find the vehicle and kept me in the loop throughout whilst the vehicle was getting prepped. Tani was great, very knowledgeable and helpful and got the deal done. They worked out what could offer on that and the discount to the list price and we're able to meet the budget that I had in mind and a deal was made. Vehicle delivery took a couple of weeks and handover went very smoothly.

My first experience with Snows Volvo was a few years ago when I was looking for a second hand XC60.
I went into the Millbrook showroom and test drove a car, which I liked. The salesman was going to call me later that day with a part exchange price but never did. I don't think he took me very seriously being a woman on my own.
I ended up buying one in Poole and had no issues.
I've had it for 4 years, and, except for the chrome door handle chipping and cutting my fingers, I have had no issues with it at all.
A few weeks ago, an amber engine warning light started appearing on the dashboard.
I had to wait a while to get it looked at.
The car was booked in at the Winchester Volvo garage yesterday.
A few things needed reparing, and the cambelt needed changing, and the price was almost £4000.
I asked for a part exchange price to decide whether that was the better route to go down.
Now bearing in mind my car is 2018, diesel and done 115,000 I wasn't expecting loads. But the price I was given was £300!!
They obviously knew that they had investigated it, which in itself was a £200 charge to me. So they were thinking that they could take my car for basically £100!!!!
After I sent an email to a manager, I got a phonecall with a price of £6000, saying they had made a mistake.
I'm not sure why people think I'm some sort of idiot. But this has really upset me.

I love my new car, Seal U dm-i. It has so so many features and they are all included in the price! It's comfortable and has a range of over 650 miles which is incredible. The service and follow up made by BYD in Newbury is excellent. A shout out for Darryl who is providing an excellent service.

Service/MOT and engine repairs at Snows Vauxhall, Basingstoke
Over £2000 spent on repairs. When the car was driven home the coolant leaked from an unfixed clip on a hose.
Snows Vauxhall had replaced the expansion tank, thermostat, clips and coolant as part of the repair.
It was not leaking before they repaired it.
Apparently they pressure tested it and road tested it!
The garage was as bad when it was owned by J.Davy, in my opinion.
Avoid.
They made a good job of the valet though.

Steve the sales man was brilliant not a bit pushey ,I was able to walk around not being pounced on buy any sales man which was the best peugeot garage I visited ,and I visited loads.but at the same time I had questions steve helped loads thank you it was worth the 2 hour drive and I will be going back for my next car .To much unnecessary paper work and constent e mails tho .
