I recently bought a vehicle from BMW…

I recently bought a vehicle from BMW Snows Portsmouth, customer service was outstanding. I was met at the door by a friendly receptionist who took my details, offered me a seat and coffee. Met with Aidan and Tani who helped find the vehicle and kept me in the loop throughout whilst the vehicle was getting prepped. Tani was great, very knowledgeable and helpful and got the deal done. I’m now driving round in my new car and can’t be happier with the team at Snows. Thank you.

Excellent Five Star Service

My van went in for MOT and unfortunately failed on some unexpected issues. Emma went above and beyond to help me get back on the road again as quickly and efficiently as possible. As a business owner, I felt respected, heard and supported. I had my van back the next morning, feeling good as new. The team are so kind, professional, and attentive, which makes such a difference, especially having been stung by other garages in the past. I would highly recommend Snows to anyone!

Snows we're very open

Snows we're very open, allowing me to take a test drive on my own in a model like the one I was interested in, and honest with the valuation of the vehicle I wished to offer in part exchange. They worked out what could offer on that and the discount to the list price and we're able to meet the budget that I had in mind and a deal was made. Vehicle delivery took a couple of weeks and handover went very smoothly.

My first experience with Snows Volvo…

My first experience with Snows Volvo was a few years ago when I was looking for a second hand XC60.
I went into the Millbrook showroom and test drove a car, which I liked. The salesman was going to call me later that day with a part exchange price but never did. I don't think he took me very seriously being a woman on my own.
I ended up buying one in Poole and had no issues.

I've had it for 4 years, and, except for the chrome door handle chipping and cutting my fingers, I have had no issues with it at all.

A few weeks ago, an amber engine warning light started appearing on the dashboard.

I had to wait a while to get it looked at.

The car was booked in at the Winchester Volvo garage yesterday.

A few things needed reparing, and the cambelt needed changing, and the price was almost £4000.

I asked for a part exchange price to decide whether that was the better route to go down.

Now bearing in mind my car is 2018, diesel and done 115,000 I wasn't expecting loads. But the price I was given was £300!!

They obviously knew that they had investigated it, which in itself was a £200 charge to me. So they were thinking that they could take my car for basically £100!!!!

After I sent an email to a manager, I got a phonecall with a price of £6000, saying they had made a mistake.

I'm not sure why people think I'm some sort of idiot. But this has really upset me.

Long experience of Toyota in Chichester - very happy

Great service

Great service, one of the window mechanism lights failed, replaced mechanism under warranty. Completed on time. Snows motors Newbury have been very professional throughout this process. Highly recommended

Received my vehicle with a cracked windscreen due to timings I still proceeded with delivery. It’s been 3 months countless calls to get this screen replaced to no avail. Duncan Allen if you could give me a call back to organise getting this screen replaced that would be helpful. I’ll proceed to call daily until I finally get a call back which I’ve been requested almost daily at this point. Wouldn’t recommend aftercare is 0/10.

I love my Seal U dm-i

I love my new car, Seal U dm-i. It has so so many features and they are all included in the price! It's comfortable and has a range of over 650 miles which is incredible. The service and follow up made by BYD in Newbury is excellent. A shout out for Darryl who is providing an excellent service.

Service/MOT and engine repairs.

Service/MOT and engine repairs at Snows Vauxhall, Basingstoke
Over £2000 spent on repairs. When the car was driven home the coolant leaked from an unfixed clip on a hose.
Snows Vauxhall had replaced the expansion tank, thermostat, clips and coolant as part of the repair.
It was not leaking before they repaired it.
Apparently they pressure tested it and road tested it!
The garage was as bad when it was owned by J.Davy, in my opinion.
Avoid.

They made a good job of the valet though.

Steve the sales man is an asset to this company

Steve the sales man was brilliant not a bit pushey ,I was able to walk around not being pounced on buy any sales man which was the best peugeot garage I visited ,and I visited loads.but at the same time I had questions steve helped loads thank you it was worth the 2 hour drive and I will be going back for my next car .To much unnecessary paper work and constent e mails tho .
