I placed a order over 2 weeks ago and it said your order will be sent out in 2/3 days but I didn’t get it I have sent 4/5 emails and got no reply at all on the parcel shop it said 2 weeks ago the Royal Mail had it I checked and it said still waiting for this item looks like this company just took my money and not had one email to say sorry

Edit 2- my items arrived today. Beautifully packed, and well padded, given that one was in a collectors box. I fully anticipate that RM caused the issues and have edited my review from one to three stars. I’m disappointed that it took a one star review to get Gay Pride Shop to respond to my concerns- even when I did hear from them, it was via a TrustPilot automated response asking for my order number. I absolutely get that they must be sick of delivery related queries, but to get no response from emails is entirely frustrating. Do I love the idea of a business that supports LGBT charities? Absolutely. Rainbow washing drives me mad. Will I be back? No, but I will look for a similar business to order from in future.

Edit 1- Having sent order details to the store, my tracking details have been updated and it seems delivery will happen tomorrow. I will reconsider my review on receipt. It doesn’t alter the fact that I haven’t been able to get a reply, but I do appreciate the shoddiness of Royal Mail.

No sign of my order. I’ve emailed twice (replied to the despatch email as instructed) with no joy. RM tracking shows they’ve been told to expect the parcel, but no further information. I don’t like leaving poor reviews but if I can’t get replies to emails. I was patient after the first Dorothy Care Bear shipment went missing and didn’t ask for a refund, but wish I had now.

I ordered 2 products and paid £6 for express delivery (1 - 2 days). Four days later one of the items arrived (they had refunded the second item as it was out of stock). I complained by email and asked for the cost of the express delivery to be refunded but they have not replied despite chasing twice. Really bad service and I am so annoyed.

I’ve made many purchases from Gay Pride shop, from pin badges to signed autobiographies, and have never been disappointed with the range and quality of their products, prices, delivery, customer service, or anything at all. My most recent purchase -a trans-colours bobble hat - is no exception. So warm, with its fleecy lining, gorgeous to wear and gorgeous to look at. I chose to finish mine off with an Ally badge at the front too. I always browse the emails from Gay Pride Shop when they arrive, so no doubt I’ll be buying something again before too long. Thanks to all involved and keep the faith✊💝😘
