Brilliant customer service. An issue arose with an item I'd ordered a while back. My email explaining what had happened was answered promptly the next morning and a replacement was offered straightaway, no quibbling. Thanks Caitlin!

I received my nematodes and a large hole watering rose. I mixed up the nematode mixture went to put the rose onto my plastic watering can and it didn’t fit. Too large for my second can also. I ended up taping it on. This solution held for about 8 cans worth but then the rose flew off into my greenery. I’ve tried to find it but think I’ll have to wait until I cut back in Spring. I complained to customer service as the rose wasn’t fit for purpose if it doesn’t fit a bog standard watering can. I asked for a refund which they rather baldly refused. I felt my complaint was handled very poorly by Jamie-Lee and I don’t intend to shop with them again.

Placed an order and item was received in great time. Communication was excellent, advising me through out the process about what was happening.

I have used Gardening Naturally for a couple of years or so. We have a large Horse Chestnut tree and the Leaf Miner trap and lures have been a great purchase. If I have needed further assistance over the phone, my experience has always been helpful and positive.

We had a problem with netting sizing. Customer service dealt with it promptly and entirely to our satisfaction. All communications were absolutely excellent.

I’ve had good service and products from this company until now. I purchased a raspberry beetle pheromone trap (own brand I believe) in April. First one leaked and I was sent a replacement tank promptly. However since using it , following instructions carefully, I find many drowned bees in the tank - I assumed it would be nature friendly. I submitted a review on their website but it has disappeared! On further searches I have found a similar product which has a mesh in it to stop bees and larger insects from being caught. A simple solution so why not on this one? Very disappointed.

Came with one pole missing, but contacted company and they sent out missing pole straight away. Very good service, and superb cage. Now have 2 of them in my allotment

Ordered a green pole veg tent kit with a mesh net.

Shipped next day, arrived day after. All appears good quality.

They advertise 75cm as a minimum size but mine just squeezed to 70cm.

They also included a catalogue which I really appreciate.

Was sent out the wrong size Net for my Pond and have asked for the full size Net to be sent out and have have had to now order a Blagdon Net costing me just over £20.00 but myself being disabled it’s not easy and will need help to fit the Blagdon Net to the metal frame

I received the item I ordered which was damaged in transit. I contacted Gardening Naturally and a replacement was despatched as a priority and received the next day. We did not have to return the original product which saved us time and hassle.

I often think it is more telling to know how a company does when things go wrong. I've used Gardening Naturally a few times without issue and really like the quality of what they sell. The last time I ordered from them, they sent the the wrong item - a raised bed, so a big and fairly expensive item. What was sent included planks which were the wrong measurements. I phoned, spoke to someone to said they would deal with it immediately and they did. The correct planks arrived the next day on a fast courier service. So great products, but also really good service, even when things go slightly wrong. Many thanks.

My order was missing a few components; I got in touch, it was resolved immediately, and the replacement arrived the following working day. Brilliant service, and really quality stuff when it arrived.

I ordered 4 packets of nemotodes to come at 6 week interrvals. All 4 arrived at once today. On calling it was a stone wall. "Our systems cannot be wrong. Well they were and customer service was non exostent.

I wanted a custom size fruit cage, Sharon was absolutely brilliant at helping me, then amending my plan and working out exactly what I would need. I have now placed an order and would certainly recommend their expertise.

In the current 2026 catalogue p.19 the sizes for both the Vermiculite and Perlite are quoted as in 'kilograms', but the actual tub weight are in/ marked 'litres which is misleading
