Gay Pride Shop Avis 

Ordered a signed book online, it arrived fast and in great condition. I also visited the store a few months ago great little shop, loved the selection of books.

Great quality products for a super cause.
My order arrived more quickly than expected and each item was wrapped in a cute paper bag.
One item (button badge) was incorrect but I contacted customer services and they sent me a replacement quickly and with zero fuss.

Superb service and quality products.

I’ve used mail order a couple of times and the items have always been of high quality and arrived promptly. Will definitely be back in the future and will recommend to my friends.

Ordered offline, had an issue with their stock. I was never told or offered and alternative, they just cancelled and sent part of my order out, then proceed to just ignore my contact. Happy to spam with me with junk mail, but not respond. Wouldn’t use again, a massive let down!

Wanted supplies for a Pride event. Incredibly rude staff, poor customer service, slow responses and when and they're uncooperative when they do answer and clearly haven't paid attention to what was said. It's a shame that a LGBTQI company behaves this way towards other LGBTQI people. I was hoping to support a small business but now I'd definitely go elsewhere!

Placed an order for a few items, one item broke after a wk or two so they offered to send another one out and it never arrived I have emailed many times and just been ignored

So I bought a Christmas present from the Gay Pride Shop in December 2022 - they have been really unhelpful and I haven’t got a refund for the item. This was a Christmas present for my friend, they claimed it was delivered according to Royal Mail but it wasn’t. They are unwilling to help me they normally are understanding but I’m quite disappointed with them

I ordered a few copies of The New Life (signed) by Tom Crewe. Some of my copies arrived weren't in perfect collectible condition. I was offered a choice of a substantial refund or replacement. The replacements were sent out very quickly and were packaged with great care! Thank you 😊

Appalling customer service. I was sent the wrong item (which they initially agreed was their error) and a representative instructed me to send it back and then email them the postage costs so they could refund me for this expense.

They have now reneged on this advice and after saying the error was on my part (not theirs) are ignoring my emails. I've also had to chase them multiple times throughout the process to get responses.

I'm very disappointed as I endeavour to support independent businesses, but I will not be purchasing from them again.

Yesterday I went in the shop and bought a non-binary fan for my friends 18th birthday, a trans bow tie for me as well as the first volume of heartstopper which I’ve been trying to find for ages now so I’m really glad they had it in stock there.

The person working on the till was really lovely and friendly. I got to pick out a free book mark too, I love how they had multiple different options. They were also really efficient which is really helpful when it’s busy with lots of people in such a small space.

Gay pride shop brilliant purchase very very quick delivery exactly what I wanted and they give some proceeds to LGBT+ charities so win win
