Very poor quality

Very poor quality. I bought a washing machine 2 years ago. Faced several complaints such as PCB failure. Repaired twice.

Delivery took longer than next day…

Delivery took longer than next day delivery, despite paying for next day delivery. Very poor customer service. Contacted their Customer Support via email and chased for an update twice but got no response. No way of contacting via phone, only available via email!
Item arrived today in a damaged box. Will check to see whether the item is functioning as expected.

Suppose to receive it on 24th May but received on 26th May
Pathetic customer care, no other option to reach out other than email and emails are not replied for many days
Poor quality product received which had scratches all over, not sure how to return as no response from customercare

Next-day delivery Oder not ye arrived 1 week later

I ordered this fan on 28/05/2026 and it was marked next day delivery. It’s 03/06/2026 I haven’t heard from Geepas or delivery company about the order yet. What a shitty service this has been waiting for updates can’t get any. I regret my decision to buy this product thought it was going to be helpful during heat wave.

Item not received and no response from customer care

I ordered an item in 28th May night. But item is not received yet. The site says next day delivery. But today date 1st June.

poor delivery quality

I haven't tested the product itself yet, so I can't comment. However, I have many reservations about the delivery. First, it wasn't delivered the next day, as the website advertises. Second, the courier didn't knock on the door; he simply left the package in a box in the garden and left without notifying me of the delivery.
