Product and price seems very good . By delivery was expected next day but arrived after 4th day of purchase this is only disappointment.

Just be prepared to be disappointed
1. They did not inform me when the item was dispatched as they claim they would . 2. No delivery instruction facility available to guide the delivery guy to safe and secure place.
3. Item faulty and dead as a dodo.
4. There is no phone number yo contact them do emailed their support team and no response from them so far .
5. I will just on fee postage for the item to be sent back to them.
6. Customer service is not up to scratch.

So far I have been very happy with Geepas. Great little machine which cooks really quickly. I did have a problem but they have sorted me out with a new machine, which I wasn't expecting as I have had it a while.

I love to use geepas
I love to use geepas, I gad a bit of problem with grinder lid, it took time to get replacement. But now am happy I have received the lid. Am using normal now. Thump up thank you geepas

I was quite disappointed with the delivery as geepas promised next day delivery but unfortunately I received my order after four days.

Static issues
The delivery was fast but…on using it on silk, wool and cotton the static electricity made it drag and the fabric to constantly stick to the iron.
I should have checked the weight as I find it heavy.
The cord is also a little on the short side, definitely shorter than my old Morphy Richard’s one.

GOOD QUALITY AND FAIR PRICES
we now have two Geepass items a coffee maker and a air fryer and I have to say how impressed we our with both items and are now thinking of buying a spot cleaner the quality of both items is very good and they both do an excellent job. hence we are looking to buy again from Geepass. AFTER PURCHASING A 3LITRE DEEP FAT FRYER 3 MOTHS AGO FROM AMAZON THE FOLDING HANDLE FELL OFF.
TRY AS I MAY EVEN FROM GEEPAS DIRECT, I CANT FIND A REPLACEMENT BASKET. I NOW HAVE TO PURCHASE A WHOLE NEW FRYER. GEEPAS SHOULD HAV SPARES FOR ALL OF THEIR. THE FRIER ITSELF WAS GOOD ITS A SHAME THAT I EVEN HAVE TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. IN FUTURE I WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM ANY ITEM THAT DOES NOT SUPPLY REPLACEMENTS.

Worst customer experience
I bought a Geepas mixer grinder and within just a few uses the jar developed a crack. I raised a complaint immediately and was initially assured that the jar would be replaced under warranty. Then suddenly I was told it “may not” be covered. After pushing back, they again confirmed it would be replaced.
Three months later, I’m still being told the same excuse: “the jar is not available.” Meanwhile, the appliance is completely useless without it.
This back-and-forth, broken promises, and total lack of accountability is honestly shocking. I’ve never experienced such poor, inconsistent, and unprofessional customer service with any other brand. This was my first time buying a Geepas product, and thanks to this experience, it will absolutely be my last.
If this is how they treat customers over a simple warranty replacement, I dread to think how they handle anything more serious. Avoid this brand they’ve made it very clear they don’t stand behind their products.
