I am not real impressed by Geo

I am not real impressed by Geo - Force . Nobody ever checked to see if we received the Eld's. Nobody checked to see if we had any issues installing the ELD's. Nobody followed up to see about driver or admin training.

I guess I should of asked about payment. I was surprised that Geoforce didn't ask for automatic withdrawals. I had quite a time finally getting an answer that I could e-transfer the payment.

No body has followed up to see if we are liking the product and if we are having any issues. This in my opinion is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Nobody has sent an email letting me know. the status of Canadian ELD compliance?

Very very disappointed. At this point I can not recommend this company and I almost hope that it doesn't get certified so my contract is void.

Have used their slog when they first started and added tracking also been happy with the service that they have they always did their best to help out. I had to put my tracking on hold and they where a great help when we where having many issues with other systems that we had to have onboard thanks GeForce

Lack of functional reporting, mediocre customer service

Since worldview was acquired by Geoforce, our experience has been mediocre. The primary issue is that we were not provided with an option to move forward into Geoforce with the same reporting options as we had with Worldview. After 18 months now of using the GT0 devices, they are definitely NOT as useful to us as the reporting provided by the GlobalTAG devices. We are stuck since we have so much money invested in the devices. However, the functionality of Geoforce compared to Worldview is different enough that we would look for another provider if it were not so expensive to do so.

The customer service provided by Geoforce is also lacking. The customer service folks do not seem to know any more about the system than I do, and are not interested in doing whatever it takes to solve my problem.

Half of our ROVR boxes don't work and we cannot get any help.

good products and useful for chemical industria, but unfortunately for brazilian realitty the real cost are high, despite of this point we have beeen worked in some customrs that need information in real time.

Geoforce is a bit more difficult to navigate than previous version.
Does not give direction of travel when viewing asset.
You have to check boxes under Map Layers (overlays) every time you log in to view Wells.

This system replaced the old system…

This system replaced the old system that had the functionality that was customized for us. We still can not get trip reports and the current reports are not completed. We have had this system since around September 2020 and it still is not close to what Cartasite was.
