Better Driver

I feel that the system is very effective overall. There are a few things that I feel can be improved upon. I don't know if it would be possible to improve upon some of the issues I have. There were many times that I received a speeding report because the unit had my vehicle on the feeder instead of the freeway. Also upon entering the freeway I received some speeding reports. The only other issue is that the emails were sometimes inconsistent in being sent. Other that these few issues I feel that it is better than some of the others I have had in my vehicle. It did take some getting used to but I feel that it has made me a better and safer driver. Thank you.

I think that we need from you

I think that we need from you, something mor specific to controlate 1000 liters SS IBC. Some device that makes possible to track this equipment without being affected by the barriers of sheds and pilings ... we are eagerly awaiting a technically and economically viable solution... Good Luck!!!

Great quality. Training, customer service, and reporting review

We were given training in person my a geoforce professional to use the geotab integrated technology and software. There is advanced admin features for reporting and keeping a closer eye on mileage, fuel, and HOS. My only complaint is I want reporting to be more flexible and customizable, it takes a lot of maneuvering and combining reports to get more specific data. However, the customer service is quick to respond and get the case resolved and the salesman service has always come through.

i have not received an answer on why…

i have not received an answer on why the scores did not match between reports and trying to run through the website to see where violations happen is awkward and hard to determine. since we are graded on driving the website should be user friendly and is not.

the customer service rep that helped me…

the customer service rep that helped me last week was very good, he walked me thru the process of pulling a report and i needed and was very patient, i appreciate that, alot of people lack patience in explaining stuff, but he was very good

I am not nor will I ever be a customer…

I am not nor will I ever be a customer of a company that doesn't verify the emails provided by their customers to make sure they aren't being given in error in an effort to evade marketing or promotional mailing. Someone provided my address in such a way without my knowledge or consent. Had some sort of verification system been in place, this would not have happened. This may be a great company and a great product, but I will not know or entertain the use of any such company that is this cavalier about privacy.

added after reply, as the review comment section doesn't have a provision for replying to a reply:

How? how have you removed me? this review makes no mention of my email, nor has the profile I used to make said review have any bearing or mention of my email. This just adds to the credibility and privacy question.

In all Honesty

In all Honesty, getting ahold of someone here to fix or replace the units that you paid for is like listening to Joe Biden trying to complete a sentence. Trying to get a new unit takes way too long to receive after having to pay again to have a new one sent to your address. call the sales rep assigned to you he won't answer the phone until the corp office finally has to contact him. then calling the corp office to change reps all they tell you is I will relay the message. for the amount of money spent on GPS units and the customer service you receive is p*ss poor. I've had service with Geo tab for 4 years and never seen a rep or a salesman come out or check on our service and see how we are doing.
