For the past few years, Milos B has always given me the utmost excellent customer service and communication! Anytime I email him with a question or concern, he always addressing it with kindness, respect, understanding and expertise for the company. I honestly couldn’t ask for better customer service!

Geologie best in class!

Have tried many brands to include very expensive ones supposedly used by movie stars. None compare to the results using Geologie facial care products. And their CoWash for hair is a winner too. Great products and customer service - 5 stars for sure!

Attention everyone! I wanted to share my experience with Geologie. I have encountered issues that I believe reflect unauthorized transactions on customer accounts. Additionally, their policies, including non-refundable terms, raise concerns about legality. Please be cautious and thoroughly research before making any purchases. They refunded me but...
I stand by my previous comment regarding my experience with Geologie. It is disappointing that they attempted to flag my review as harmful and illegal here on Trustpilot, just exactly how they do not have negative reviews on their website, because they flag them and take them down. I would like to clarify that Geologie only offered me a full refund after I reported them to my State Department of Justice, the Federal Trades Commission, Trustpilot, the FBI and the Better Business Bureau. Additionally, I was accused of being racist towards a customer service representative simply for pointing out unauthorized transactions on my account. This accusation is unfounded and detracts from the real issue at hand.

To be clear, we do not generate a subscription for any customer without their explicit acknowledgment and consent to our membership terms at checkout. No subscription purchase can be made without reading and agreeing to those terms by manually marking a checkbox prior to purchase. We transparently communicate relevant subscription details in a number of places before, during and after purchase, which our customer support team confirmed you were aware of. We also outline company policies on returns, refunds and subscription/order cancellation in many of the same places, as well as in our public FAQ's.

We always want our customers to purchase however works best for them on our site, whether that's via subscription for a little bit of a discount or a la carte with less commitment. Just keep in mind that customers who subscribe can utilize flexible account controls to postpone their orders, modify what products are included or cancel outright at any time.

Geologie - Acne and Skin Tone Routine

I have been using Geologie acne skin care formula for a year now. This has been the best acne fighting routine I have used so far in my life. Coming from a 29 year old male who has battled acne for nearly a full decade now, this is the best my face has looked throughout my 20s. If you follow the simple instructions of applying this face wash twice a day (morning and night) and combine with the morning and night creams, you will see results. The longer you use the products and stick to the daily routine the better your skin will look. I forget some days to use the morning routine or night routine because life gets in the way, but if you continue to follow the process you will notice clearer skin and better skin tone. This leads to becoming mentally stronger and confident. I have been to dermatologist and I have tried mixing products or other routines but this has been the best yet. In addition, the products ingredients are gentle and Geologie does a great job explaining the purpose of all ingredients associated with their products on their website as well as in the package they send your products in.

While I have had minor blemishes or acne occur throughout this year, it normally occurred when I would get off the daily routine or would have some external factors that caused them. I would put up Geologie up against any acne fighting skincare routines. No need to use Accutane or some aggressive invasive procedure. Trust the process, be consistent with these products and the results will follow. Good luck to all battling acne!

I been trying so many brands and none…

I been trying so many brands and none of them work I had redness spots and dryness that made me feel insecure every time I wanted talk to someone, but everything change when I decided to make my skincare routine with the geologie kit, and I noticed some changes within a week with a super smooth face.
I’m so happy that I rushed my order with an extra face cream just in case 😎

Geologie Works 100% No Regrets!

I have used all of their products for acne, and face cleaning in general. And to put it simply.........IT WORKS! Side effects were super minimal, I had a little dry skin for two days just because I was getting used to it, but after that, everything cleared up and my face started to look really really good. The customer service is top-notch. The communication is excellent. Highly recommended company.

Buyer Beware!

I had a very bad experience with Geologie. I purchased a trial set from them and was unknowingly signed up for a membership. This company claims that signing up for a membership is "clear," but the entire process is incredibly misleading. One - I've never had a company sign me up for a membership without prompting me to create an account. I was unaware I had one with Geologie. Two - I've never had a company not send a single email with a reminder of an upcoming order to a subscription. This, for almost every other company, is customary in order to allow the subscription owner to make edits to their order prior to confirming an order. Three - usually, once the order is placed there is some sort of confirmation email with an order number, which again, I never received. There is never an indication that you are on a subscription until your credit card is charged. Four - at no point did I even receive a reminder checking to see how this skin care routine was working, therefore if, as in my case, it did not react well, I was given absolutely no chance to be reminded that I had an option to opt out. I tried contacting customer service, which can only be done via email, and they weren't the most helpful. They refused to cancel my order (even though I emailed them prior to it shipping), they do not accept returns (which I said I would gladly take care of), and only offered a 50% refund. I cannot believe they continue these practices when it is clear a number of individuals have faced the same issue.

Our team takes extra care to transparently communicate membership details with any customer who is purchasing with us on a recurring basis. Happy to share additional details with you on where we call out those terms, and how we empower customers to manage their own subscription preferences with us.

We first outline how long our membership trial period lasts and its associated ongoing costs in our diagnostic results. Customers typically answer our skin type quiz to find a personalized skincare regimen that fits their needs best before receiving their results and those membership details.

Then, we explicitly call out on the checkout page that purchasing a personalized trial order will lead to recurring orders, which customers can update from their account at any point during the course of their trial and longer term subscription. To be clear, customers must give explicit manual consent to these terms if they wish to take advantage of our heavy trial discounts, and purchase of a membership trial cannot be completed unless those terms are acknowledged and agreed to.

And finally, in our trial order confirmation email we prompt customers to manage their own subscription details from their account page, where they can postpone an order, adjust the products they’re receiving, or cancel outright. We also offer an opportunity to opt into receiving upcoming order notifications from us at the top of this confirmation email. We have many customers who elect to keep the default 3-month shipping schedule and operate on autopilot, but we encourage customers who wish to exercise more control over their membership preferences to opt into those comms in case any changes might be needed prior to a new order processing.

We outline our cancellation, return and refund policies in a few different places along the purchasing journey, too, including in our diagnostic results, on our checkout page, and again in our order confirmation email. Our regularly scheduled regimen orders are prepped in advance to ship out the same day they process as a subscriber perk, which is why we ask customers to make any changes they might need to preferences at least a business day -- if not more -- ahead of time.

We are deeply committed to maintaining the highest quality and safety standards for our customers, and once our products have left our facility, in order to preserve the integrity of each item, we are unfortunately unable to accept a return of them. We understand that this policy might be different from what you're used to when ordering from other online retailers and genuinely appreciate your understanding that, as a small personal care business, it’s crucial for us to prioritize our customers’ health and safety. Within our industry, returned goods must always be disposed of because the safety and efficacy of the products can no longer be ensured after they've left our possession.

At this time, our team has confirmed that your membership with us has been canceled to prevent further recurring orders, so you will not incur any additional charges for new orders from us moving forward and should have received a separate confirmation email on that for your records.

Really works

I was skeptical about using yet another facial product but I did. I cleansed and moisturized daily expecting nothing. Around the tenth day as I was looking in the mirror I was really super surprised. I noticed a big positive difference in my skin. My skin was smoother, softer and looked healthier. Try it you’ll be surprised.
