Clear explanations!

Travel insurance
Being able to speak to a very helpful person who was able to advise me of the best option for me and also able to co ordinate medical screening in one phone call although my quote was expired when i called back i spoke with the same 2 gentlemen nothing had changed and policy done in probably 10mins email recieved but there was no problem getting a paper copy and price very good

Comprehensive policy and good value for money
Travel Insurance policies can be very complex and difficult to unravel (and sometimes made deliberately so by the Insurers so they can have multiple opt-outs at crunch time). But the GetCover policy on the whole was fairly transparent and easy to understand, and the finer points were explained to me by the Agent I spoke with to get some clarity
