Absolutely awful! They direct you to another company when you make your claim and they do not communicate at all. After 7 weeks of waiting I received half of my claim with no explanation. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Took out an annual travel cover via price comparison site, however 1 day later found that my bank provided it as a perk to my account - so emailed them following their cancellation procedure 3 times and no response, im within the 14 days cooling period and ive also not used it as trip is 4 days away - no response and no money back - have had to raise a dispute.

Easy to take out an annual policy found through a comparison website. Got an email confirming payment. Had read all the details online at time of quote and was happy. Getting ready for first trip and go back to the original email for all the details of the policy to find none included including no policy number. Can’t access it online. Customer services thought it was funny and not helpful.

Wish I’d checked them on here first.

I purchased a single trip insurance policy for my wife and I to travel to Jamaica in August 2021. When I was away, I required medical treatment so contacted the emergency helpline but no-one answered the phone; I have the call record to prove this.

Upon my return I submitted a claim (at the point of writing this, the process has exceeded five weeks) but I am being ignored. After three weeks I received a request for proof of my travel dates (again, I have provided this) but then the silence returns.

I have emailed the complaints department twice but no-one has responded to those emails either.

In short, avoid these cowboys at all costs.

It is indeed very easy to purchase. They’re quick and efficient and taking your money. I have been using them annually with my partner for the past 5 years and this year we will be moving to Aib. More expensive but reliable.
You won’t experience the same treatment if you have to claim something. I had a bag lost and returned damaged/dead. Contacted them just to feel bad... after being told to call numerous different numbers I spoke to someone who just made me feel bad .. such a weird thing.. like purposely making me feel like a scam or something .. after an hour I was told he’d be sending forms to my home in 10 working days to attach docs. Pictures etc.. which they NEVER DID. Now think, I contacted for a suitcase. No belongs missing.. just a suitcase!!! Imagine if I actually needed them... my family’s money they will certainly not see anymore!

Rang to get a quote for travel insurance. Customer care operator was friendly, professional and answered all questions. Confirmation of cover e-mailed to me a few minutes following call.

Very easy to use. No problems at all.

The first company I go to and recommend for travel insurance. Excellent rates and options.

Didn't have a reason to use holiday cover

we unfortunately due to last minutes illness had to make a claim for cost of flights and accommodation and the get cover team were excellent and prompt in dealing with it all
