Everything was great but I need to change my payment date. Not sure how to do it. Any advice? Update.. they emailed me 20 minutes after this review and all was sorted.

Terrible experian…

We had our application for finance accepted and signed for a electic wall box. A week later this was installed and everyone was please with the work and the service from Kanda. Fast forward a week or so after the installation, we were told to switch finance companies or pay the full amount to the installation company. A lot of pressure to have put on us during the Christmas period. Had acceptance back from the new company we have been forced to go to and they have moved the APR from 0% to 19.8%! As a customer I have not been treated fairly!

Hey Joe, we're sorry about your experience. Unfortunately, it was not Kanda who enforced this change on yourself.

The lender behind your application had ceased working with Kanda and we therefore had no choice but to ask you to move to a new lender. Unfortunately, the new lender wasn't able to approve you for the same product which has caused this issue.

This is a highly unusual situation to have happened but I appreciate that it has negatively affected you.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! From the get go the lack of communication is completely inconsistent, one minute they’ll answer the next you can’t get hold of them for a week!

Not only that, the power they hold you under, taking over a week to payout on jobs and holding payments because they couldn’t reach us on the phone for one day!

As a business I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, the implications they have on your company are detrimental and they know this however use it as a power-control mechanism.

Although this review is fake I wanted to respond directly since Trustpilot won't remove it.

The company Ellie is referring to in her review has now gone out of business for acting fraudulently. Kanda held payments and kicked them off the platform to avoid harming customers which we did successfully.

Website easy to use

Once I got the website to work, it was fine! I think there was a breakdown between Kensington Windows and getting the correct offer (0% for 6 months) onto the application form
