No reply
Contacted the company over a problem (contaminated) no reply after 4 emails.So it seems there Guarantee is worthless.
Edit,I have since managed to contact the company apparently mix up over emails.
They also validated there Guarantee.

Company very helpful throughout the growing process.
The kit has already paid for itself as I have grown mushrooms that would have cost well over £100 in the store from just one grow bag.

Great product!
I commemorate very quick and reliable customer service to make my purchase a very personable one. No issues at all with the product and set up and growth of my mushrooms was an easy and straight forward process. Shipping was on time and i have no complaints.
