The refund says "To give RE:YOU enough time to work with your natural hair growth cycle, our guarantee covers your first 90 days of consistent use. Simply use RE:YOU as directed for the full 90 days, and if you’re not satisfied with your results, contact us to request a refund."

I purchased the hair serum on July 30, 2026. With shipping, it took less than a week to arrive. Basically August 4-5, 2026.

I contacted the Getreyou.com on October 22, 2026 to ask for a refund because the serum didn't work for me. Basically, my hair felt greasy, I felt some symptoms that were not comfortable and the result didn't work for my hair.

The refund was within the 90-day but when I asked for a refund, it is what I got from Larrence at Customer Service:

"At RE:YOU, we stand by our serum, and our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee reflects our confidence in the product. At this time, we're unable to accept returns outside the circumstances covered by our guarantee, which applies to eligible.

Since you've mentioned scalp sensitivity, please discontinue use for now.e concerns about results after the required usage period and documentation have been completed."

Basically, it's a refund but not ... they get to decide whether my reason for a refund is good enough. Even if the refund was within the 90-day and "if you're not happy with the result, that should be good enough".

Now, I would have to work with Bank of America to dispute my purchase.

A lot of money for Products that basically is on proven the only reviews come from the company and they’re only three month reviews. There’s no pictures no before and after this, I don’t know to me so far it seems bogus. I don’t trust. I don’t trust any company that only has a three month review and with that nonsense clinical clinically proven who’s clinic who paid the clinic of course they paid the clinic. it’s their study. I want to see an independent full-blown review like maybe from a website such as thebaldtruth.com but definitely not for the manufacturer so I call bs if this was a legit company they would actually sponsor a real test by an independent lab and show real pictures. I better comb over like most of these pictures that you see from these companies it’s the same head, but they just comb the hair a different way when they can show they can grow hair on a bowling ball then I’ll believe it.

Such a thoughtful and premium brand! I'm so excited to see what other science-forward products they come up with in the future in the beauty space. I'm subscribed to them for the hair serum and I love the free massager I got. You can tell they put so much thought behind the gifts and even the packaging/shipping packaging.
