What I needed with cable bill increasing was great to find. The add ins were nice, but wish they were included with the original device listing. It’s a marketing tool to increase sales, but confusing if your having to decide piece by piece.

Yes, I tried to get this thing to work via the instructions provided. Unfortunately, i could not get very good reception and I am close to 2 major cities on the east coast. I ran through the programming on my television.And it stated that I only could pick up about eighteen or nineteen channels. Then I could not find the channels anywhere on my television outside of the channels they already have.

It only picks up 4 channels but advertisements says it will pick up more.

Al no recibir el producto, a pesar de avisarme que lo enviaron, me dirigí al mail. Allí me indicaron que debía enviar un ID, en mi país (Argentina) no existe. Comprendieron y me pidieron un CUIL que prontamente envié. Fui atendido con deferencia y atención a pesar de la diferencia de idioma. Ahora espero se halla solucionado el inconveniente. Estoy ansioso por probar el producto

I was asking questions about whether the product would work for me in Malaysia as I needed a specific sports channel.

My queries were answered quickly and in good detail to enable me to make a decision that this product would not work for me given my precise requirements.

You gave me what I ordered, but my wife was not prepared to change from ATT.

When I first got my gadget plugging it in was great no problem there.
As for getting it installed for my actual apps,BBC Iplayer, channel 5, itvx etc I'm having difficulty in getting these apps installed as it keeps rejecting my WiFi password.
I can only watch live TV I can't really comment on the customers help desk at the moment I have had to do a survey first before they can help me step by step. I do feel the survey should be done after I have had the chance to speak to customer care. I did scan the Qr code and got the email address, they did answer very quickly to my email of my problem. But as said I can not comment on the service as yet. Will update once I have spoken to them.
