Did not receive something helpful for me
My husband accidentally ordered before understanding the product and amount. We are in our 80’sand technology is not our expertise. I tried to cancel the order immediately but was told the order was already processed which I didn’t believe. They told me to just return it when I received it. Now I have to pay shipping to return. Very disappointed.

I nervously called requesting a refund…
I nervously called requesting a refund because the antenna I purchased did not work for me. When I spoke with Mary, she assured me everything was fine and she would send an email explaining the refund/ return process.
I haven’t received it yet, but I have faith that it will arrive soon.

Received 0 channels that would play
Received 0 channels that would play, after setting to antennae and running search. Only channels that would play were free channels that stream through WiFi that I already had. Nothing else Don’t need to pay for something I already had. Thank you
