Very positive experience with GHEDirect, great company to deal with. Small problem with delivery quickly dealt with by friendly real people. Product arrived (not used yet) very well packed and protected. Will definitely be a return customer, it is nice to have someone to talk to, make all the difference. Looking forward to using my new Vitopod.

Great service, made order on a Friday afternoon of a bank holiday weekend, not expecting delivery until after the bank holiday monady. To my surprise the order was delivered the next day, a Saturday around 11:30am, so from my order to delivery it took less than 24 hours. A+ Service, thanks.

Excellent pricing, I bought some branded greenhouse tube heaters at significantly less than other vendors are currently offering and delivery was free. Ordered later afternoon, well past the cutoff time and they were still dispatched and delivered next day. Packaging was good so everything arrive in perfect conditon.

Called GHE about greenhouse lights because we did not have a glue as to what was needed or best. We were given some great genuine advice as to which ones would suit. Came next day! VERY IMPRESSED and PLEASED.

Was hoping for flow values in the mls / minute range to aid with greenhouse drip watering. I feel that what i now have is for much larger waterings …. L/hr . My battery and demand is only in the region of 1-2 l / 24hrs.
My fault for not reading in depth, otherwise a nice piece of kit !

Needed some extra trays for my plants in the greenhouse. Shipped around and found that GHE Direct were the cheapest. For the price I was expecting the plastic to be thin and brittle like some others I bought elsewhere in the past. Much to my surprise the quality is top notch, thicker plastic and much more sturdier. The trays arrived quickly and were really well wrapped in cardboard and bubble wrap. Now I don't usually like the use of bubble wrap for packing but because the trays are large the long length of bubble wrap used makes a great blanket for my seedlings to protect from the cold. So win win all round. I will definitely be buying from GHE Direct again. Thank you.

Delivered next day as promised. Excellent quality, which you'd expect for the cost. Got back to me on a Sunday after I managed to get the construction wrong!

Excellent customer service and really good price. Bought the large Vitopod propagator with extension and lights. Even though it is April I have already made good use with seeds germinating more quickly and with a higher success rate than my old propagator.

I ordered some garden trays, spray bottle, scoop and a watering can. They arrived the next morning! The website worked well, the prices were very good value and the products are really great quality. Packaging is recyclable/reusable. Thanks very much.
