Good service and delivery
Good service and delivery from the company but bought this as a keepsake for my wife after losing our little dog who looked just like Ralph and his nickname was sausage when checking if in stock I clicked on the toy with a red jumper on (Hello sausage) on using other websites this action would order the one clicked however when it arrived it wasn’t the red jumper one at all bit disappointed that’s why I have only given 3 stars.

I never received my parcel
I never received my parcel. Royal Mail told me they’d lost it and for me to contact yous for a refund. All I want is the order replaced and not a refund and no one is getting back in touch with me.
