Very speedy service and product as described and of a good quality.

Lovely product arrived quickly. The postage packing was thin though and I was disappointed as the box the socks was creased/crushed a bit in several places - it wouldn't matter for myself but they are for a gift for a friend who is quite particular.

Really annoyed ordered in plenty of time for my sons birthday… at first everything seemed as it should be then UPS kept delaying my order so much so that the items arrived too late!!! One disheartened little boy. Emailed the company and I got a response saying they would investigate further, didn’t come back to me! The items arrived today and the items are all squashed and look like hand me downs or charity shop buys!!! Not impressed won’t be ordering again from this company.

The web site was simple to navigate. They provide large playing cards which no one else seems to sell. The delivery was really quick too. I will certainly shop there again.

Quick delivery but long communication times and also found to be quite rude, the problem I presented was met with “I packed it, it was fine” like I’m lying? Low quality as ear had fallen off after not even a full day of my children having the toys.

Gift arrived promptly,and well packaged. Its been a big hit at christmas and amazing everyone. Would use this shop again and recommend to others.

I sent an email to the shop in regards to my item being sent and they replied the same day , apologizing at there was a delay with the item coming into stock, I've purchased from them before with no issues, the item got here despite the current royal mail strikes.

The most regretable thing I did was not check their reviews. I ordered for next day delivery (it’s not garantee, it might take 1 or 2 days) it has been a week and no sign of the parcel. They are scammers, avoid them
