The Giftbox Team was amazing
The Giftbox Team was amazing. When I received my parcel I couldn’t wait to open it, but when I did the lamp wasn’t inside. The box had been tampered with. I rang it he Team and within a week I had received my lamp. It’s beautiful. Thank you Giftbox

Made an online order 1st July
Made an online order 1st July, received an email with tracking number and delivery service details. Enquired 14days later to see where my package was and they told me that the tracking number and service details I had were incorrect even though receiving an email from them. Got supplied with a different tracking number and different delivery service details. 17 days later still no package or tracking update.
Won’t be returning to gift box for purchase again
