Sofa chair
I purchased a sofa chair which I was pretty excited about. Not excited about the 10 business days it took to get here. The chair itself is a little disappointing. After 5 days of decompressing, one side still has not fully decompressed and it looks rather lop sided.

Regarding the chair's appearance, these sofas are compressed for shipping and typically require up to 72 hours after unpacking to fully expand and return to their intended shape. Unevenness can also be normal during this period and generally smooth out with regular use.
Since you've mentioned the chair has been out of the packaging for 5 days and one side still appears uneven, we'd be happy to take a closer look. Could you please send us a few photos via hello@giftbox.com.au of the chair from different angles so we can assess the issue and assist you further?

They excellent i often order my smokes for delivery but at the weekend they had trouble with their system and even when i rang they were so lovely and when they got it fixed they were nice enough to ring me to let me know.
I highly recomend them
