I ordered online on the 22/6, my order was delivered 24/6!
Great communication throughout, from both Giftbox and the courier. I was sent an email at every stage of the process, from ordering to final delivery... I cannot state how rare this level of communication is these days.

Gas fitting and regulator on Swig Outdoor Pizza oven does not fit standard Australian gas bottle.

Hi Kenneth, thank you for your feedback. The gas fitting supplied with the Swig Outdoor Pizza Oven is designed for the current standard Australian LCC27 gas cylinder connection that became mandatory in 2021/2. If your gas bottle has an older-style valve, the connector may not fit.

When you contacted the support team, we advised that operational noise can be normal as the unit contains a mechanism that circulates the glitter as well as a fan to ensure it does not overheat. When you indicated the noise was not coming from the fan, we did not receive any further details about the noise or any indication that the product was faulty, so we were unable to investigate the issue further.

It was only after order completed that got msg from a courier to say that they do deliver to PO Boxes and would be left at alternative collection point. This point was not convenient to me nor could it be collected by another person making it very inconvenient
