It’s a little hard to review something that has not yet arrived.
Website ease of use is good, but would strongly suggest reviewing the delivery contract.
Helpline ? Well, all they did was point me to the contractors page which just showed waiting for item to arrive from Giftbox?

Excellent service/ communication
Good communication letting me know my product wasn’t able to arrive next day due to stock availability (having to be shipped from warehouse) I haven’t recieved product yet. But so far very satisfied with service.
