Ceramic plate was broken on delivery but Kirra immediately sent out a replacement free of charge. Pizza oven works a treat.

Purchase and delivery process was great. Unfortunately the product was faulty and had to wait for a replacement which was a little disappointing as it was for a Mother’s Day gift.

Poor customer service and no support for faulty product
I purchased an auto rotate gas pizza oven that stopped working after only around one year of normal use. I was told there are no spare parts available and no repair options. GiftBox refused to offer any repair, replacement or refund and simply stated the product was out of warranty. I expected a product of this value to last much longer and better support from the retailer.
