The item is beautuful! The stone heart unfortunately doesn't fit on the stand that came with it.
So I am looking for a new stand for it.

The item i ordered was of very poor quality it was supposed to be a wedding present but it was so flimsy and nothing like the promotion picture on the site. As soon as I received the item i emailed them for a full refund and offered to send the item back but their reply was you can't send the item back and they offered me 20% refund to wich I said no i want a full refund. Now they are offering me 30% refund. Not happy at all . I replied once saying no l want a full refund. This as only been a couple of days let's see what happens.

The stone was great but the stand didn’t fit

The product arrived quickly and is gorgeous. The $8.00 gift box is just a plain brown box, nothing like described or pictured on the site. I could have bought a more decorative one from the $2 shop. I contacted them and got an auto reply stating that my item has been delivered.

I had been getting inundated with ads on my Facebook feed for their beach shorts and finally gave in, buying a pair for my friend's birthday. On the order page there was a bold note that said they would be delivered between August 8-10, which seemed to be a while (I ordered July 24), but a couple of days before his party on August 12. Come to find out they would not only be delayed, but Support had no idea when they'd be delivered, giving me a revised estimate of August 12-17. They sat in a warehouse 40 minutes from my home for six days, and I had to go to his party with a printed out picture of the shorts. They were finally delivered at 11pm on August 14.

If you've got weeks to wait for overpriced gag gifts, knock yourself out. Otherwise, shop elsewhere.

I ordered the smaller Christmas tree decoration as I thought the larger one too big for the tree.
It was easy to order and pay for and was delivered when they said it would.
The decision to buy was made easier as the website produced an image of the decoration with the names on it that I had chosen.
I’m sure when I give it to my daughter, she will love it.

Received the products I purchased and absolutely love them. Two of my grandchildren were married recently and I purchased the First Christmas Married ornaments with their names and the date they were married.

I’m now going to order the First Christmas Married and have their favorite wedding pictures added. These will be a surprise for both of the couples.
