This is one of the better sights I"ve played on but if you cash in don"t plan on winning anything until they get most of their money back. You would now believe some of the hands that get beat after cashing in. They definately have control of the cards after you cash in.

Im si happy that i can come here and see that i am not the only one having had a bad experience at Global Poker. 3 years ago i closed my account there and never looked back. Later i followed suit with their sister sites Chumba and Luckyland. They arent the exception to the rules.
Online poker is completely different than real life play. The computer always has an opinion and can and will tilt your cards.
And theres not one slot game out there that will not completely shut down if the Algorithm catches you winning.

JUST WASTED MY MONEY ON THIS DIGUSTING SITE, NO WINS AT ALL ON THE CHRISTMAS GAMES, JUST A PITIFUL SITE PERIOD. AVOID.

Honestly, on the other casinos you can win, you can lose, on global poker you stably lose. And lose a lot. And it got even worse, obviously, they have financial issues. Not recommended at all

This site has more illegal bots than America has illegal immigrants.

I'm always grateful when a sweepstakes casino cashes me out without an issue. I have only spent $10 probably at global poker as long as I've been a member. I do collect the daily bonuses regularly though.

On Friday was my 7 day bonus, and GP gave me 6$ altogether when normally it's $1. I hit on the better wilds. $200 was my redemption amount, and I received the full amount!! 💪

From the time I requested my redemption til I received my money just a little while ago, was about 80 hours total for anyone who's curious and is looking for this particular information. Because I know I was!!

Global poker doesn't even deserve the thought of a star it is absolutely 100% a bs site save yourself time and money because you can't win on here!! I bet 20$ get a 20 vs a 8 and dealer draws to a 21 every time I make a big bet this happens the same way... Then the software is so slow absolutely a joke !

Once you see it, you can't unsee it. They put you in the perfect positions to not be able to call after losing 100 hands in a row... then you have to watch that hand be a big hand you would've won.

THEN, as soon as you play any hand, you get crushed. KQ vs AK both hit King. AK vs AQ they flop a queen with a boardwalk draw so you put in the rest of your chips (low stacked).

Pocket pairs win less than 5% of the time no matter AA-QQ or lower. No sets unless it's a limped in hand with no value. No hand wins unless it's limped in.

1% runner runners over and over and insane positions/hands designed to fool you into losing your entire stack like villain Q2s on the big blind calling a 10BB raise and flopped Q2 vs your AKs Ace.

When you do the math, you'll realize your chance of winning a big hand/flip is less than 6%, so long term there is no way to win unless you sit down at a table with a player who is tilted and punting their stack on purpose, which is extremely rare.

And the players who punt their stacks will be protected vs skilled players because they make thousands of dollars off of the fish while barely making any money if any off of sharks.

Was having a blast playing like normal winning some and loosing some, usually always making it in to the money, worked my $50 into $1600. Once I withdrew $500 I stopped being delt any winning hands, I completely understand the game is based on luck. But when I fold every hand until I’m eliminated from the table and not get a winning hand for over 3 weeks is insane!!

Canadian AMOE writers were completely screwed by the sisters, Global Poker and Chumba Casino. They owe me 10 k for all I wrote since April. The changed the Terms and Conditions after shutting Canada down and now refuse to pay us what we are owed. Don't give them your hard earned money or you may lose it. Even after they shut us down, they continued to give us Postal Codes for letters they never intended to honour. Really horrible company.

They never paid me for letters sent that would get SC to play on the casino and then they shut down for canada. Thousands of people have reached out to them and they are firm they will not pay what's owed.

I have been writing cards to this company sine January 2025, in order to receive free Sweeps Coins to play at the online casino. The wait to get your first payment is about 4 months. I patiently waited and continued to write them up until August, when they told us that Canadians would no longer be allot to play. They gave deadlines of when to stop playing etc. I come to find out that none of the letters I wrote to them before the end date would be considered for payment. Currently I am owed approximately $3500 USD. After looking at there terms and agreement it says nothing about paying not paying out the Sweeps Coins written before the cut off date. Do not play att this casino! Beware!!

The customer service and response time is great with this company. With this company you're not treat like a simple number or a dollar sign but a human being. I appreciate the compassionate staff concern about my loyalty and experience over the years. I do wish they had more sweep games to offer though but hey, it's Global Poker....I have been a customer of theirs for years and any issue I may have had with their sister company in the past was handle professionally and timely fashion.

Even reading all the reviews i still wanted to try it out so i deposited $20 and yup like every one has said over and over again the site is completely rigged. i was losing every single hand, i had no chance. its a complete SCAM dont waste your money on this site.

Refusing to honor these valid entries constitutes a breach of Global Poker's own Terms and Conditions, a breach of contract, violations of sweepstakes laws, breach of good faith and fair dealing, unjust enrichment, and deceptive business practices. Despite repeated follow-ups, Global Poker has failed to resolve the issue, so I have reported the matter to consumer protection authorities and relevant regulators. This raises serious concerns about fairness, regulatory compliance, and consumer protection.
