Global Poker is the worst of the worst sweepstakes companies. They are withholding and refusing to pay out credits earned since April 2025.

Now that the company has decided to pull out of Canada with little notice at the end of August 2025, they have refused to honor entries Canadians have paid for over the last five months. This organization has no credibility and is not trustworthy.

Beware, Americans players, you might be next. They allowed Canadians to spend money and play games but have no intention of giving us the credits we are due. They have shown zero intention of paying and break their their own terms, conditions, and sweepstakes rules.
There are many reputable sweepstakes casinos out there. Stay away from Global Poker, it's not worth the headache.

The owner of this company is a fraud!!. In order to operate in Canada they had to offer an alternative method of entry, which was letter writing. Letter writters in canada have not reveived letters sent to them since the end of April. They sent an email on aug 22 about pulling out of canada and gave us until aug 28 to pull codes and write KNOWING we would be wasting our money because they had no intentions of paying up in sweeps coins. Today is our last day to play with no drops, but the owner is sure getting his tax break though while violating canadian gambling laws!!!!! Canadians will not stop until this is resolved, even if it means class action, were ready!!!! They pulled out of states and paid all of the writers in those states, so why is Canada not getting the same, they have violated their own terms and conditions with us!!!also, They will deactive your account for no reason and say that you use automation, according to them hundreds of people a month are using automation to write. Its a MAJOR loophole theyve found to not pay out!!!

Followed all their terms and rules sent in for sweepstakes has not followed through with their end of the rules.
We have been banned from writing - which is fine but they have never paid us for the writhing we did. They have stolen millions $$$$ off of poeple that put lots of time and money into their rules. No one will answer when we can expect our pay out

ive been playing on global for about 4 or 5 years. i bought in for 50 bucks, got up to a few gs, lost most of it on slots. But for the last year or so, the same 10-20 players go all in over and over in every single tourny, with hands like 27 or 35, and they hit the nuts or a monster every single time they do it. There are superusers on this site that can see hole and communuty cards pre flop, its the only explanation that makes any sense. One player has put me all in pre flop during 3.3s and 5.5s when i had AA with 27 27 35 over the course of 4 days, he hit two quads and a straight flush. my player notes for these players go on for paragraphs with examples like this. I have never witnessed one of these players losing an all in.

I have played on this site on and off for years. I am a winning small stakes poker player, and I do win money here. I have played over a million hands and I am up a few grand. However, it is my opinion that the site is "rigged". Example: I took almost a year off of poker, came back to the site and won ~40 buy ins in my first 10,000 hands, then immediately something switched. Over the next 80,000 hands I was breakeven, and now on the next 25,000 I'm down 10 buy-ins. I am an immensely better player than most (I've been a small stakes winning player both live and online for over 10 years) of the NL10 player pool (which is the softest I have ever seen anywhere online), and yet I am getting crushed.

What does that tell you? They have both the softest players online, and still everyone thinks it's rigged. If this site were legit, there would be dozens of reviews that say effectively "SOFTEST SITE ONLINE, you have to come play here!". But does *anyone* talk about the soft player pool? No. Why? Because the site is rigged toward the poor players.

I thought I would add this informed opinion as I haven't seen that point made yet: Soft player pool, yet NO ONE is even talking about that. They only talk about how rigged it is. One more person here, agreeing. Global Poker is not legit.

I redeemed for $50 and that was a few days ago and it's saying sent in my profile but still havent received it, they use to be faster about paying out but now it seems I'll be waiting on $50 til Christmas, I won't be purchasing on here any longer, cause it's quick to take my money but takes days on end to pay you, highly disappointed

I gave them 1 star because there is no zero, but honestly even 1 star is too much. The games are rigged, you will never win even half of the money you deposit. In the last 1-2 years I have been barely getting 20% back of my deposit. I’m finally giving up on them. Whole of the VGW sites should be shut down in the USA. They are cheating people out of millions of dollars plus thousands of envelopes .

I have played on ever site. Global is by a million miles the worst. You will get one and two outed hand after hand. You can predict what the rivers will be it's so obvious.

Completely rigged. If you are not one of there chosen players, you cannot win. It does not resemble real poker. If I get pocket K's no one calls even a small raise. But their chosen player has pocket K's someone has pocket Q's, pocket 10's and AQ suited All 4 go allin and those K's hold up. And they do not "pay out" in hours. Same thing happens over and over.

ive been playing on global poker for 2 years now . in the begining they were pretty good but here recently they been inconsistent on my Redemption one Redemption will be instant the other redemptions will be between an hour or up to a day later, but this recent redemption its going on 4 days now. Which would be fine but I left a message with their customer service and they told me they already approved it on there end and and now it's just waiting on the bank which makes no sense because I'm still able to cancel my Redemption so somebody's lying to me so now I'm thinking they're just prolonging processing my Redemption trying to get me to cancel which isnt right. i know this cause i took a screen of the redemption and now the whole story has change to they sent to the tech and they dont know how long it will take them to get back to me so watch out they are become shady

I don't know why there's bad reviews on Global poker if there one of the best casinos to play with specially that they have fast redemptions within hours

Absolutely rigged and a shit show. I've spent a few thousand dollars and never won more than 500 at once and all together. I don't care who you are you can be online or in freaking person and no one ever will have a hand better than some of the hands that I have had and get beat like that that is complete BS and it's absolutely rigged that would never happen in real life I don't care what anyone says you cannot make me think otherwise it is a rigged crap freaking website and I'm disgusted everyday that I get on it and I get screwed over daily that is not at chance that is a rigged site
