Almost a month ago, I contacted Globe because I had difficulty accessing my account online. After calling them, after several attempts with the representative, I was ultimately advised to delete the App and start/create new sign in. That was impossible, kept getting message that I already had an account. I tried creating new password and nothing worked. This is impossible for me to resolve, my account is being debited automatically each month, yet I am unable to access the account. I am trying to decide so I continue paying and not know status of account.

I paid my bill for April because it came out of my chime builder credit card. They sent me a letter stating I had till the 23rd to pay my April's bill or I would lose my benefits. I had already paid it but they argued with me on the phone that I did not. I'm very upset because now I have to make a double payment. I've tried since January to have them take it out by auto pay but they keep refusing to do it. So I have to call it in every month And somehow one of the customer service representative that I talked to didn't put on there when they took it out that it was for globe life insurance , It just said a merchant but it I only pay two bills out of that account and they're both different amounts. One is for my Netflix which is $19 and the other one is my life insurance which is $32.01 . Nonetheless I'm not going to let my insurance drop over $32. I will pay it this time but people need to do their job correctly. Thank you!

I AM REPORTING EVERYTHING TO THE NICB AND STATE INSURANCE DEPARTMENT AND ALSO SPEAKING WITH A LAWYER TO SUE THEM....DON'T GET INSURANCE WITH GLOBE !!!

Although the customer service is was good the same cannot be said for the company its self. I had increase on one of the insurers. I did not realize that the policy increased every 5 years. I should have had a notice sent out to me in the mail. They are really good at sending you junk mail to increase amount of insurance.

Okay it's ridiculous the amount of phone calls which I consider harassment they'll call you you decline the call cuz you're busy and they call four more times after that the next day three times in a row that's not business that is harassment and then days after they keep calling numerous times I had six phone calls 3 days after in one day that's harassment

The girl on the phone was nice but not sure she knew exactly how to help me at first. She put me on hold to ask someone I think. She said she couldn't help me but later came back and said she could take care of it.

4 years ago, my son died suddenly in his sleep. I had a globe life policy that covered his funeral. It was super easy to get the coverage and payout through help from the funeral home.

I was exceptionally satisfied with the young man that took care of me. He is an asset to your company. He was patient and went through all of my needs with Globe life. I've been a customer for 21 yrs. Thank you I eish I can remember his name but i have it written at hone and I am in hospital now. Thank you to him and may GOD BLESS HIM ALWAYS. Satisfied 400%.

I was tricked into getting insurance from this company in 2021 thinking I had a whole life policy all along it was a term life policy I found out when 2 payments was taken out my bank account I called to have it canceled and was hung up on I will be contacting Illinois department of insurance to also file a complaint!! And I want a refund!

You need to correct your system so customers can access their accounts, your customer service team is not reliable enough to handle this issue and the new system you have installed, I have been trying to resolve this issue and I am unable to pay my grandchild account

I have had 6 policies with Globe Life since 2018. In February 2025, I took out small policy loans during a financial hardship. The process to receive the loans was extremely difficult, delayed, and one request was even canceled after submission.
I was clearly told loan repayments would need to be made separately from my regular premium payments. However, after months of continuing to pay my premiums through my bank, Globe Life began applying portions of my premium payments toward loan balances instead of properly crediting my policies.
I consistently paid my premiums, often doubling or sending extra payments if needed to keep my policies active. Between 2025 and 2026, I paid well above the required amounts.
Then in April 2026, I was informed that one of my policies had supposedly become inactive back in December 2025 — despite my continued payments.
After reviewing my bank records and Globe Life’s payment history, I discovered payments were still being redirected toward loans even while a policy was inactive in their system.
I have since disputed the issue formally and requested a full audit and correction of my accounts.
My advice to anyone with Globe Life policies: monitor your payment history VERY closely, especially if you take out policy loans. Keep detailed records of every payment and every conversation..

I only wanted a quote I didn't want them calling me multiple times getting smart with me and ignoring my request to stop calling me emailing me and sending me junk mail. if ever I had an idea of buying insurance from them I don't now after being hounded to death

I have been with Globe Life for a few years now and it’s way easier to speak to a live agent Globe has excellent customer service every time I call As a Senior Citizen they are so helpful and patient They are a pleasure to work with

Biggest ripoff insurance i ever had and people should be aware of what you are buying and read all the small print and years on down the line. I was with them over 20 years and very disappointed in the company and not informing me on changes .ripoff don't buy from them

I have 5 policies on family since 2014
Last several months they have illegally diverted premiums payments and caused them to go into past due status,
I have called and emailed customer support sent copies of receipts and even talked to supervisor named julie to no avail, i have filed with difs in my state and if this is not resolved i will contact federal authorities
