I ordered over $1,450.50 including shipping and handling on 11/14/2025 from MBpartsgiant.com. It took almost a month to receive my order. When the order arrived on Monday 12/08/2025 the end of the bumper cover packing was torn away. When I arrived home that evening I went through the package and compared it to what I ordered there were a few items missing. I immediately contacted customer service the following day to let them know all parts didn’t arrive. They opened an RMA and requested I provide them with any documentation that I have and photos of the packaging and all parts I received. It took several days calling customer support to find out if they have received my email. They told me over the phone that they had received my email and were processing the RMA. I contacted them weekly for over 2 months with no answer on resolving the RMA. Finally on Feb 05, 2026, they sent an email stating that “Our dealer confirmed everything shipped and the delivery receipt shows everything was signed and accounted for with no issues. There is nothing we can do moving forward. This RMA will be denied. Thank you.” This is a bold outright lie, when I was contacting them weekly, they never informed me everything was accounted for by my wife and the delivery driver. How could it have been with no packing list. I tried reaching out to them to ask if they had any intention of making this right with it being over $170.00 worth of merchandise that was missing. The rude agent on the phone said the matter is closed and there’s nothing that they can do. So, my bumper cover has been completely painted for over a month and a half now waiting to be installed. I’m very disappointed with their customer support in this matter and the lack of response I received. I find this most outrageous and very unprofessional, I would not recommend anyone do business with this company. I would call this thief and lie on their end.

Paid thousand dollars for used motor , me er got it and won't return calls to refund money

I mean, this is just amazing, I have never seen a business with 100% 1-star review. These folks have been scamming customers in the parts industry for years and they're getting away with it. They charged me for a part, set a wrong defective part instead and refused to take it back.

Terrible. I ordered a FICM Harness using there parts identifier because i didn't have my vin available at the time. My truck is a 2005 and I entered 2005 in the Vehicle identifier, they sent me a Harness for a 2003-2004 and they will not refund or replace the harness so now i am out $407.00. Also the harness I received was in a Motorcraft box that had been retaped and the harness itself does not have any motorcraft tags or markings on it.

Deceptive pricing! I placed an order a week ago for parts that were supposedly in stock. they clamed they would arrive in 4-6 days. It's been a week and not only did I not receive the parts I bought and paid for, but they now want more money before they will ship them. This is deceptive and should be illegal. They claim it is "just our policy" and it is indeed buried in the fine print of their terms and conditions. It is not apparent before you check out. I feel like they are holding my parts for ransom. very rude customer service. I recommend you stay away from anyone affiliated with this company such as kia/hyundai parts now and others. If Auto Parts Prime is the parent company, you're going to get scammed. Their pricing is only best guess and you will pay for them being bad at their jobs.

Do not order from any company or affiliated with this company like Nissan Parts Deals. Com .CN65486079. They are crooked in conducting business in the United States .

TERRIBLE Hondapartsnow.com Ordered a Front Bumper part for my Honda Ridgeline. The schematic image didn't match the side I needed. They assured me I can get a refund with a waiver of a restock fee if I order the proper part, issue proper images, in the appropriate time. Long story short, they did NOT waive my restock fee. Many phone calls with claims that it was on record; and then nothing.

I ordered a part and paid the total amount in full. Three days later, Autopartsprime.com sent me an email demanding an additional $66 before they would ship the part. They stated it was a "price increase". Sounds like the old bait and switch.
Stay away from these guys, they're dishonest.

Ordered a couple of things from them and ended up not needing one of them. Despite it falling within the posted rules on what was returnable they denied an RMA and said it was because the part was electrical. No electric in a plastic door handle. Complete run around and no support. They do not stand by the rules they post and offer zero support. Just no. Buyer beware!!

I ordered a lamp for my car. they sent it out through KiaPartsNow. When I called to tell them they said i ordered wrong part. This part was never used and is still in box. They had my vin # so How could they send wrong part. I sent my refund request to paypay. This co is not for you.

This company should be avoided. They are not a reliable or trustworthy operation. I ordered and purchased a part with them (dba Lexus Parts Now). They sent a part that didn't fit, and I attempted to return it for a refund. After three months of hassle, I finally had to turn the problem over to PayPal for resolution. They investigated and found in my favor and I received a full refund via PayPal. The company did not make this happen, PayPal did. These people operate a number of other DBA's such as Acura Parts Now and other brand names with "Parts Now" or "Parts Prime" as the suffix,

They are a fraudulent company. They operate many websites with names such as "nissan parts deal" or "hyndai parts deal" but they aren't accredited by any of these companies to begin with. That's where the scam begins but it doesn't end there. Yes, sometimes they will send out the right shipment for cheap items but they fraud people for large (hundreds of dollars) sums of money when they can. They'll promise X and send you Y. Good luck proving that they sent the wrong item to you. Complete hucksters. Beware.

I only gave 1 star because I had to actually give a star! I ordered a part and they delayed shipping because they needed to verify the order. Why did they need to verify the order? Because it was being shipped to a different address than the billing address. Why is that a problem?!!! I was shipping it to the shop where the vehicle is up on a lift waiting to be repaired!! After hashing this out with the representative and I believe she then maliciously cancelled my order after going through this whole ordeal about verifying everything prior to shipping. Now I am stuck without a part. Do not even think of using this company. They are very unprofessional. They are a JOKE!!!

If I could give this unethical scam company zero stars, I would. Ordered and payed for parts. Got an email an hour later saying that the prices had increased and that I needed to pay more. My credit card had already been charged. I told them to honor the price as I had already been charge or cancel the order. Order was cancelled and the charge on my credit card was reversed. Reported the company to CA BBB and Attorney General's office for illegally raising the price after purchase. Company repsonded that they hadn't charged my credit card and that raising prices was a term of their sales and that I had agreed to those terms by placing the order. A complete and bald faced lie!! DO NOT buy a thing from these scammers. They have a long history of screwing over the customer with price increases after purchase. They also like sending the wrong parts and then telling the buyer that they can't get a refund or replacement due to "return policy" nonsense. Just check out their BBB record and you'll see. Save yourself some trouble and avoid this company.

This company is indeed a drop-shipper, meaning they have no stock of their own, but rely on orders through dealerships. My frustration is that their site indicated the part I needed was in stock and would take one business day to ship. A week later I'm getting emails indicating they are awaiting the part from their "Parts Prime Center," which, upon calling, the customer service fellow admitted was a dealership. The page for the part still indicates the part is in stock and can be shipped in one business day. I cancelled the order. It should be considered false advertising to make stock and shipping claims which they clearly cannot honor.

Waiting for Address Label, refund. I have sent emails, and spoke to rep twice, still waiting. Told me I will have it the next day???? Not yet.

Basically they stole my money. They sent me the wrong part and when I went to return it they denied my right to return. They claimed I had to have the original label which was affixed to the plastic bubble wrap. To get that wrap off the label was destroyed. I found that the color was incorrect and they refused to accept the return. Basically they stole my money by providing the wrong part. Don'
