This company was sent in response to my contacting my insurance company Policy Expert. They kept in touch at every stage and Terry arrived promptly. He did an excellent job tracing the electrical fault, which he sorted and fixed in a friendly and professional manner. 5 stars in every way.
These guys saved us over £3,000
These guys saved us over £3,000! We had a boiler problem and needed a new part. A well-known company send engineers out twice and insisted we needed a full boiler replacement. However, an engineer from Go2 Group Solutions arrived with the right part and had it fitted within 45 minutes — at a fraction of the cost of a new boiler.
Honest, efficient, and incredibly good value.

Went through our Insurance and Go2Gas were appointed, engineers were great. Costica returned and replaced a part. We have discovered another issue and have called the Company direct and arranged a visit personally. They sent Costica again the next day So far a great Company.
Fast, Friendly and efficient
Costica came out and resolved my drainage issue within 15 minutes. Covered by my home emergency cover made it worth it.
Poor customer service
On multiple occasions, the representatives we spoke with were rude, dismissive, and sounded as though they did not want to assist us. We were not provided with any clear information about the current status of our claim. Instead of offering clarification or checking the details for us, we were simply directed back to Hastings, our home insurance provider.
Each call left us feeling frustrated and unsupported. We expected professionalism, clear communication, and a willingness to help resolve our query. Unfortunately, this has not been our experience.

Our assigned engineer Costica was very polite, friendly and so quickly sorted the issue! Truly impressed how fast everything was completed and he came out the same day too. I thought such a difficult job would take a lot longer to sort out but it was done before I even finished my cup of tea! Great service from Costica!

Our roof vent tile was partially dethatched and could've dropped off anytime and a danger to kids, cats etc. The gentlemen were really friendly and restored it in no time
Excellent experience
I have used this company through my insurance on more than 2 occasions trades men knew exactly what they were doing and done a great job all polite and professional getting my hot water fixed - highly recommend
Dangerous driving
One of your drivers has just been driving down the A404 near Marlow 21.02.26 at 16:00 very dangerously, driving right up behind people (witnessed more than once) at speed when they have nowhere to pull over. Lucky not to cause a serious accident
Used thru my home insurance
Used thru my home insurance. They called me within 2 hours of me contacting my insurers to book in visit next day. They rang on the day first thing to confirm time of engineer visit and Terry arrived dead on time. He was very polite and although the issue had sorted itself he still checked all sockets to make sure all was ok. I can't fault the service I had.
Costa was really friendly
Costa was really friendly, got into the job immediately. Knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it within 40 minutes. Great service.

If I could have given zero stars, I would have!!
I am still without heating or hot water after nearly a week in winter due to Go 2 Gas Solutions’ delays, lack of urgency, and extremely poor customer service. The woman handling calls on the morning of 14th February was rude, dismissive, and demonstrated a complete lack of basic customer service or empathy.
There were repeated delays at every stage. Even after the fault was diagnosed, I was told it would take several more days to obtain parts, despite the urgency of restoring heating in winter. Throughout the process, responsibility was repeatedly deflected towards my insurance provider rather than taking ownership or progressing the repair efficiently.
Communication has been poor, organisation lacking, and the overall attitude unprofessional. Being left without heating or hot water for this length of time is unacceptable, and the way this situation has been handled raises serious concerns about their competence, accountability, and customer care.
If you value reliability, professionalism, and responsive service, I would strongly advise avoiding this company.I have no idea how this company has managed to get 5 stars from anyone!!

Costica just came and fixed my heating. Brilliant job, 2 parts replaced, very clean no mess. Friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend.
Worst contractor I’ve ever been…
Worst contractor I’ve ever been referred to through insurance.
Our heating has been down for almost 4 weeks. We were told it's a pump issue and that the part was ordered around 3 weeks ago, but there's still no resolution and no clear timeline. The explanation that “insurance processes” cause delays doesn’t justify leaving a household without heating for this long. I've had temu packages arrive quicker than this.
I explained that my father is seriously unwell (cancer and kidney failure) and the situation is urgent, yet the communication has been dismissive and unhelpful. The overall impression was that the job would be completed when it suited them, rather than based on medical need or a basic duty of care.
I've filed formal complaints, and I strongly recommend that anyone reading this think twice before using this company, especially if you need urgent support.
