Mr. Costica arrived today as scheduled and fixed the toilet without any problems. He is very polite and efficient. Also the emergency team came last week have done a good job of stopping the leak. Thank you the whole team including the office who was always keeping me updated with progress.

Emergency electrician appointment- Great service
Aaron visited us to sort an electrical issue caused by another supplier. They were unable to support a visit for two days! Emergency cover from AXA supplied Aaron from Go2Gas who turned up within a few hours and got us back up and running in 10 minutes. Great service and very personable. Thanks

I was quoted for over £1K for heating and hot water issues with another company but thanks to Jamie of Gas 2Go (Milton Keynes)who had been brilliant fixing our boiler with only minimal work done. Very professional, efficient and reliable.

Engineer Ryan did a fantastic job! We had no heating for days but Ryan came over and fixed it super fast! We are very pleased!
Appointment arranged for emergency call…
Appointment arranged for emergency call out. Still waiting three days after - tenant, a single mother who has 2 young teenagers and a 14 month old baby has had no heat or hot water when outside temperatures have dropped dramatically- heating with electric heaters is costing a small fortune- as the agent, I’ve made several calls, hung on the line for over 30 minutes, had calls dropped and therefore needed to call back and then no answer.
Not good by any means.
Emergency Call Out
Jake H came out as an emergency call out through our insurance. They were a little later than the allocated time, but I can only imagine the area they cover. Jake H was in and out in 10 minutes and resolved the problem efficiently. It’s been a few months and not and issue since.

Forced to use Go2Gas through my insurance.
My boiler broke down with a leak leaving me with no hot water or heating yesterday at 6pm. I managed to get hold of my insurance at 8pm to get someone around for the next day. Go2Gas gave us a time slot of 3pm-9pm for an emergency call out…….
8pm and nothing, so I ring and please can I get someone around information when I’m rudely interrupted ‘what’s your postcode’.
The engineer is stuck at a job and has one before you he’s trying to get there. I then get a call at 9:45pm to say that someone wouldn’t be able to attend until tomorrow morning. After the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, eta please? 10am-2pm not entirely the morning. I explain that I have a 2 year old without heating or hot water for over 24hours and I feel like this is not getting treated as an emergency call out. I now have a time slot of 8am-8:30pm tomorrow. I could potentially be without anything for over 48hours. IVE NOT EVEN SEEN AN ENGINEER YET!!!!! Do not blame your lack of staffing and bad business model on your customers.

After a desperate night emptying…
After a desperate night emptying buckets as water hissed through the downstairs ceilings it was such a relief when Paul rocked up to stop the flood. How a bloke the size of a bear managed to manoeuvre in a very tight void whilst totally filling the coat cupboard beneath I just can’t imagine. Cheerfully and efficiently fixed the leak which was in an impossible position in the middle of a joist. Must buy him a cape for Xmas!

Just had our yearly gas boiler service with Brandon who was amazing. The company kept me very informed of his arrival time, Brandon was incredibly thorough and explained everything. Couldn't fault them at all and will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Hot water breakdown fix
I received an accurate ETA and engineer (Ryan) arrived exactly on time. Issue was identified and fixed in less than half an hour. Ryan was happy to explain what he was doing and answer my questions. He was able to give me some useful info regarding the heating system that I was previously unaware of. Excellent job.
