Received my silver 1911 today quite a bit quicker than expected.Got it together with few curse words and it looks awesome. I've bought several AR's for myself and as gifts and have never been disappointed. When friends visit they can't keep their hands off of them and some have actually asked what caliber they fire! That's the level of detail in these kits. Thanks Sarge

Just received our 4th gun. Got this one for hubby birthday and I ordered it late and the notification said it would be here by 4/1, and I was surprised to see it was delivered on his birthday 3/28. He loves it and I am so happy!!

I like the product, but not the customer service. I have purchased nearly every one of the models. They "had" a credit system called "Rounds." I built up quite a few of them and looked forward to using them to purchase a new model when it came out only to find I have been stripped of all of them as they did away with the "Rounds." No notification or warning.. just poof! When I was trying to make another good size purchase and noticed my credits were gone, I inquired and after a week of back and forth with customer service, they offered me a $5 gift card. Yeah, no thanks!

this company is the best! i have never experienced a better customer service experience.
my packaged ended up getting stolen and i didn’t know if i could get a refund or a new one. but goatguns was so patient and understanding, they worked with me for over a month and still helped me! im definitely going to be buying from this company forever!
if i could give more stars i would, outstanding! keep it up you guys!

Highly recommend these. High quality product. My goal is to own them all. High quality metal, with moving parts.

The AK is apparently known to be a “bit wobbly because it’s made out of plastic” and the company knows their sling doesn’t fit the AK but because customers have made modifications to make it fit, they won’t even refund the product. Such a joke of a company. This was seriously their response to me for their shoddy product. Other models may be fine but don’t get the AK. And stay far away if you expect them to rectify any issues. Such a joke of a company. I will make sure to tell anybody and everybody on every social media platform I can. Don’t waste your money.

If I could give them zero stars I would! I was excited to start my boyfriends collection for Christmas. I placed an order on 12/17, with expected delivery date of 12/22-12/24. I received an email from them on 12/19 that my order was ready to ship and awaiting carrier pickup. I have emailed them multiple times asking where my order is. I was told it's waiting to be shipped. I asked them to cancel the order once it didn't arrive in time for Christmas. They can't cancel "custom order" what BS!! But, I can return it for a credit with a $5 reprocessing fee IF I actually receive it!! Today is 12/27. and my order still HASN'T shipped! They have awful customer service. I'm not to sure that this company isn't a scam to be honest. Buyers Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Right of the box it’s wrong!! This is a honest review, person from the U.S. expecting quality you state. The product is china based so expect issues (goatguns, do you do QC or is it a third party?). It’s frustrating when the issue makes the product you pay useless. Goat-poop experience if you are hoping to give as a present to someone else. Word of advice to anyone thinking of these, at least don’t get any Ak47 and good luck with any other.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Let me rephrase, there is no customer service. Good luck returning anything. And good luck trying to get in tocuh with anyone. I've been trying to get in contact with someone, anyone, because there's an error accessing my return label. However, there is only a support email that simply sends out automated messages. Additionally, the gun I ordered wasn't even built well. Everything rattled, and felt like it was going to break or fall apart. I ordered their most popular item, the AR, and I was severely disappointed. Disappointed in the gun, disappointed with this experience, and disappointed for their lack of real support.

Just got the barret M82A1and the quality is amazing. only took 4 days from the time of order to get to my door. can not wait till i get my next gun. great company and great people. I have had no issue yet from anything...

My fiancée ordered me one of their products for Christmas and they charged her account but did not send it. She is currently fighting their customer service who claims they did not receive her order. If you really want one of their products buy it on ebay or through a 3rd party seller who you can get a refund from. All Goat Guns did was take her money and tell her to kick rocks. Awful company, awful customer service, all around terrible.

Outstanding service and customer support. This little armory has me hooked. I currently have the’Murica’ 45, SVD, M16A1, MK 22, and the RPK. Love them all as well as putting them together. Great job Sarge, from one vet to another.

I purchased 2 guns, and the MRAD was missing some pieces. So, I emailed their support over a month ago, and have yet to get a response. At the price point these are at, I would expect a better product, and support. Don't waste your money on this.

I first bought 3 in a sportsman warehouse: the RPG, the 1911, and the ak-47. I was amazed at the details, and I loved them so much that I ordered the ak-12. upon receiving it, it was broken.
BUT the best part is the customer service, they immediately sent out a replacement!!!!

Recently I bought an extra magazine and more dummy rounds for my AK-47 model and I was gonna put all of the rounds into one magazine and leave the other one empty but as I was down to the last two extra rounds I realized that the mag started to split down the middle in the back making it impossible for it to go into my AK model. I ended up splitting the rounds up and now there’s 10 in each mag and they both fit fine. I don’t recommend cutting your fingernails before inserting the rounds though.

Cool little 1911 pistol. Easy to assemble and a great conversation piece. Will look great on my desk.
Only issue I have is the hammer drops when on safe. Safety first!! lol

Goat gun has just ignored my email and ordered it a long time ago and still has not seen an update where it is or when I should expect it

Got the Thompson submachine gun as a birthday gift. Pistol grip has a slight gap running across the bottom where the two sides come together. The magazine doesn't fully sit and the feeding spring is stuck. Will be returning. Also got the gold AK for a birthday gift to mag looks like it was just not put together well. And if one of your big advertising features is the little cycling rounds, they should put the quality into that. Will be returning this one as well.
