I ordered a model from GoatGuns and it arrived quickly, but there was an issue with the order. It was resolved with a couple of emails. 10/10 customer service, will buy more models.

I ordered 2 months ago and it still hasn't been delivered

When it comes to an issue with a carrier. Goat Guns customer service is extremely helpful and honest in helping. They make sure that customers are satisfied and taking good care of.

I love my goat guns I have several models Just recently I received the M1 Garand limited edition looks just like my real M1 Garand, and the RPG model. I really enjoy displaying them along with my Thompson model.

I ordered a gift and paid extra for the gun to arrive on time for a birthday. It had a 2-day window and has been sitting in transit for days with no given delivery date. There is absolutely no one to talk to, as I cannot find a phone number. The only customer service is an email address. I have sent 7 emails and was only given 1 response that it had been delivered. IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO not use this company.

Amazing customer support, faster than Sonic shipping, and awesome little guns.

I will say this. The company produces a wonderful product. As a pew pew enthusiast, my family and I really enjoy their miniature pew pews. Buy with confidence. Every now and then, something may be less than perfect. But, GoatGuns really spares no expense in making it right. They have sent me replacements and are super responsive. They get an A+ in my book. It's not what happens when something is less than perfect; it is how the company makes it right. I will continue purchasing from them. Great company. And the pew pews are anatomically awesome.

" growing pains are not my problem I'm one of the impatient who got part of their order and wasn't notified till it was delivered already. They could send a different gun but didn't say nothing. By this response they say fk your complaints. Bought a rack to start a collection but not happening.

I received the M1 Garrand model as a Christmas gift from my wife. I am a Coast Guard Veteran, and we carried M1's in boot camp for use in Drill and Ceremony. While I never got to fire my rifle, as it was demilitarized, it has held a special place in my heart. I am glad to now own a scale model of this rifle. It is excellently detailed, down to the small compartment in the buttstock that the real rifle has, which was used to store the Army issued cleaning kit. I am surprised Goat Guns didn't include an optional bayonet. Simply an amazing miniature gun. My mini M1 sits on my mini rifle rack with my mini sniper rifles, and is very well appreciated. The only thing I suggest is include a display stand.

Ordered an item from this company on the 26th November, item still hasn't arrived on the 26th December!

Over a Month to not deliver in time for Christmas is a shocking performance.

26th November - Order Placed (Saturday)
2nd December - Order Shipped from US (Friday)
12th December - Item arrives in UK
28th December - Item arrives

P*ss-Poor performance from both Goatguns and UPS, won't order or use either ever again - If I'd have known UPS were the courier of choice I wouldn't have ordered in the first place!

Ordered the guns on December 4th and have not received them. Goatguns just passes the buck to UPS. UPS passes the buck to Goatguns. Horrible company and it looks like I'm out 80 bucks.

Ordered and paid two for guns and only received 1. This is a Christmas gift for my grandsons. Now I have two gransons and 1gun. Some body is going to be disapointed. Christmas 2022 is five days away and i have got no response to the emails with a copy packing list that shows they only sent one. I also sent a copy of my bank statement showing I paid for two. There is no Phone number to contact them. 5 days till Christmas. We'll see if I get a response

I placed an oder 5 days ago. I received no email confirmation of the oder. The item has been paid for. I've emailed the company 3 times. They claim they have no record of my order. Their customer service is garbage. There is no way to speak to a real person. This was going to be a Christmas gift for my son. I'm FURIOUS!!

First I was excited to find your site and love the idea of these. Then I ordered them and they came super fast and I’m so exited! My only problem is I have to hold them for my husband until Christmas and I’m so excited about them that I don’t want to wait! They have amazing detail and I know he will want more now that I have started his collection!

Bought the AK and the AR both were awesome to put together and nice detail easy to add the dust cover on AK and scope and grenade launcher on AR

Bought 125$ worth of stuff 3 guns ammo and a ammo box never received & no one will answer emails and the customer service phone number is disconnected, waited 2 weeks for nothing to show up filed claims through UPS and still nothing

Awful customer service, garbage product, and they are NOT to scale with what they advertise. They are either not at all familiar with what their products are supposed to be replicas of, or they are just flat out dishonest

I ordered the 3 bundle including:
1911 - "Timeless"
SIG MCX - "Rattler" (2nd version)
Barrett Dark Tan MK22

To start, when my package arrived, it was left outside my apartment in a pool of water. I live in a secured building, and was not expecting the package, as it still showed in Burlington(and it continued stating this days after receiving as well). Thankfully one of my neighbors found it and brought it in. Definitely should of left some sort of delivery instructions, or delivered somewhere else. There was minor water damage to the packaging of all 3 models.

As for the models:

- The 1911 looks awesome. Easy to put together, cycles the rounds with no issue, releases mag perfectly, safety and trigger function great. Upon initial inspection when unboxing I noticed that there is 1 tiny shiny mark on the underside of the barrel(paint missing, maybe from hitting a stop?) That I found. All and all really impressed with the detail and functionality!

- The SIG MCX definitely wow'd me. Very detailed and functions well. I do wish they didn't do a 2nd version. The Allen key fasteners are a pain and easily strip. One of the fastener connections that attach the grip had a burr in the threading, making it very difficult to start the fastener (ontop of the Allen key fastener issues).

- The Barrett Dark Tan MK22 is a thing of beauty. Assembly and function was pretty straight forward. The inside packaging of this was damaged pretty good(not including water damage). There was a hole in the moulded plastic by the upper receiver. The lower receiver had a peice loose in the packaging(the catch that locks upper and lower receiver, pin and lock), I'm just glad that stayed within the packaging during shipping.

All and all, I'm overly impressed for the models themselves! Definitely worth collecting, and I can't wait for my M1 Garand pre-order to get here to add to it!

This company is amazing. I have most of the models and they’re so Durable. Not only that but the attachments are amazing. I give it a 10 out of 10. I would recommend the Ar 15 or M16. Just a great company

Amazing quality!! The parts were spot on!! And it worked even better than I expected. Not to mention it arrived a whole 2 days earlier than I thought it would!! I love it!!!
