Do not trust this company

This is possibly the worst courier company I have ever had to deal with. I have been given four different delivery dates and have stayed home to receive. Every single day they don’t show up and they change the delivery date to the next day. Before even 10 AM this morning, the day I expected a delivery again, they have changed the date again to tomorrow specifically, after I told them I would not be home. They also will not give you a phone number to talk to anybody. They send you emails with no explanations and empty apologies. It’s been 12 days since I placed my order and never have. I had an order take this long from Lululemon in my life. I will definitely be letting lululemon know to never deal with this company again. I certainly won’t shop at any company that uses them. Any company that won’t post a phone number on their website and won’t share it with you, that’s a giant red flag. There’s no explanation every single day as to why they haven’t delivered, and on the tracking it just says wasn’t able to be delivered. Do not trust this company do not use this company. They deserve no stars.

No delivery….no communication…no avenues to resolve

Was waiting for an order to be delivered from Lululemon. I live in a gated community and they tried to deliver at 5am in the morning, of course the gates were shut. I then got a notification from them saying my order was cancelled. I could not follow up with them via chat as there was no response. I got another notification 3 days later saying “order cancelled” no attempt to communicate with me in any way. No second attempt to deliver, or options. Astoundingly poor. Have loads of stuff delivered before and this has never happened before. Will try again and hope it’s not this company delivering.

My package has been rescheduled twice…

My package has been rescheduled twice already with no reason. It is received in a "local" facility, leaves the warehouse, is then received in my city. Then they change the date to the next day and the tracking says local, warehouse, city all over again. I don't understand!

Constant delays

Constant delays - constantly changing the delivery date and time on a whim and never providing a solution. Getting support also feels impossible. They have no pick up options so you’re constantly just waiting for the delivery to arrive - before they delay it again.

Worst delivery company

Worst delivery company. Was supposed to deliver my package on December 19th and all of a sudden it shows customer refused delivery attempt even though the driver never attempted delivery. Customer service told me it would be delivered next day and now it's showing Saturday delivery and our business is closed on Saturday. Customer service is useless and they won't provide a phone number... I wonder why.

Good!

While delivery wasn’t totally smooth, considering there’s a postal strike and it’s Xmas, it’s remarkable they did as well as they did. The driver was very nice and waited patiently for me to get downstairs to receive the package (they are under so much pressure at this time). I only took the one star off because of a glitch in communication on day item was expected. But received the package asap next business day, so really very good.

Delivery Drama

On-time delivery but only to the front door (just inside, no further and not up any stairs). Shortly after the drop off, the delivery team discovered they brought in a wrong box, but by then no one was at home anymore. The other customer didn't want to wait (understandably) for their item which was locked inside our place. The drivers wouldn't accept the option of making the switch the next day and returned to our place knowing no one was there; neighbors were asked for assistance, access was eventually granted reluctantly for the swap (key code disclosed) and the delivery crew drove away without locking the door!

Great service

Great service. I was updated with regard to where my parcel was. More impressively, the delivery driver set my parcel to the side of my front door where it wouldn’t be seen from the street. Thank you!

This is by far the worst and most…Unreliable and Suspicious: Worst Delivery Service Ever

This is by far the worst and most untrustworthy delivery service I've ever encountered. They consistently fail to complete deliveries or simply lose packages. At this point, I suspect the drivers may even be stealing items, as this issue happens far too often. What's worse is that Gobolt is quick to dismiss any missing packages without providing any evidence of delivery—not even a photo proof. The fact that Lululemon uses such a questionable service speaks volumes. I'm beyond frustrated with these unreliable, fly-by-night delivery companies that keep popping up.

Timely, considerate driver!

Delivered within the expected time frame, right our doorstep. Driver also shut our front gate behind them which does not always happen with other delivery services! Excellent online tracking so we can see how close the delivery vehicle is to our house.

Lost package

I use my office address for receive shipping.
But the delivery guy arrive at Saturday 9pm with nobody at office. They just drop my package at my office building’s front door.
Then of course I lost my package.
There was also no phone call.

Worst delivery experience and support

I don't think I have ever had such a terrible delivery experience. I have several packages being delivered from one order. Almost half have been delivered. The other five? The delivery date keeps changing. I emailed them and they told me it will be delivered the next day. It was not and the date changed again, despite the packages being at my "local facility" for five days. The packages that were delivered were left in the mailroom of the apartment building. I would have been fine with this if the company name wasn't all over the packaging. I was also walking my dog and saw they had dropped a package off outside of someone's apartment building. Literally on a busy street. How is that okay?

GoBolt dropped my Lululemon package off…

GoBolt dropped my Lululemon package off at the wrong location. I noticed it was incorrect right away when I saw the photo they sent after I reached out for help. The driver needs to be more careful with the address. If there’s any doubt, they should just call the recipient to confirm. It’s incredibly frustrating when it’s marked as delivered but the package can’t be found anywhere.
