My customer service rep was excellent
My customer service rep was excellent. She was friendly and very professional. She helped me get a better plan than what I had and explained everything to me. I called last fall but was never informed that the condition I have could allow better options concerning my health. I am very thankful for her help.

Dalynn Garfield
There are not enough superlatives to describe the tireless professionalism, patience, competence, sincerity and kindness which Dalynn Garfield embodies. My first contact with her was over two years ago when I enrolled in a Medicare Advantage Plan for the first time; I am 79 years old. I was very hesitant about making the change to Medicare Advantage due to all of the bewildering "horror stories" which abound therein and which are justified in many cases. Thankfully, Dalynn was recommended to me by a close friend whose experience with her was exceptional; it surely pays to have good friends!
One of the most salient attributes of Dalynn was (is) her tireless commitment to tailor a plan which zeroed in on my one specific need and then compare and contrast the options; this was complicated, and I'm sure that I was probably not one of her smoothest clients. She absolutely has the patience of Job!!!
I look forward to speaking with her in October to discuss upcoming changes. Grateful!
