Terrible experience avoid this company…

Terrible experience avoid this company at all costs.
Purchased 2 jumpers £55 and they didn’t fit, I contacted them for a return code for a refund and it’s taken them 2 weeks and still no response.
I will try once more, but the after care service is terrible!!!

Jacket fits ok, but didn’t come with a battery which on the advertised item didn’t say no battery included.

If I could give it no stars I would

If I could give it no stars I would, My order was cancelled on the 4th Feb due to not being able to be delivered to a remote area. This was to be delivered to a city in Northern Ireland. There is nothing on their website about not being able to deliver there and they accepted the order in the first place. I have been trying to get a refund since then and 4 weeks later still no refund. Communication has been terrible. Would stay clear of using this company.

Took 10 days to arrive. Rubbish material.

Took 10 days to arrive. Looks wool in the picture but is actually cheap cotton with a zip which may last 4 wears. Went back to the site to see what the description says about the jumper. Guess what there is no information about what material the jumper is made of. Just a very misleading image. Avoid. Cheap Vhinese rubbish.

Poor service and quality

I ordered 2 roll neck golf tops they took weeks to arrive they were way too small and dreadful quality. I returned the items and asked for a refund but have heard nothing. So my money has been stolen. Please avoid this company do not buy !!

It was easy to order

It was easy to order. However I didn't realise straight away that the order was coming from abroad. I live in the UK. I ordered an XXL for my husband and it was still very snug. The sizings don't match a UK garment industry. I bought the gilet for my husband as a birthday present. He does sports photography. He was very happy with the concept of being warm but would have preferred maybe XXXL

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Golfthing. The sweater arrived later than stated, fits very poorly, and is made from thin, low-quality material that is completely inconsistent with what was advertised.

The item I received bears little to no resemblance to the product images or description shown on your website. This constitutes material misrepresentation and may breach the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, which prohibit misleading product descriptions and imagery.

I did not receive the product I was led to believe I was purchasing.
