Friendly and Professional
My experience with Goodbye Junk was so easy and efficient. From the first call to book my clean up to when John and Liam came at the time that was stated. No waiting around. They got rid of everything with a really friendly, professional and respectful manner. I will 100 percent be using them again in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

30 mins. Arranged day and time and they were here on time. Rang 30 mins out to acknowledge they were nearly there. 2 men polite efficient respectful.
Neighbours are impressed and took business magnets for themselves. Will use again and recommend this company.

Overpriced
Two very friendly men arrived with a van and big truck to dismantle and remove small metal shed. They did the job well. My issue is the confusion re the costs: My understanding was that the quote would be determined on site. However, the price had already been set before arrival at $480. On the phone the guy in the office said $150 per hour (for 2 persons), $110 per cubic metre. It was only half hour work, and maybe just over one cubic metre of metal (which--I believe--is not expensive to dispose of). So that does not add up to $480. Both guys admitted it's only a $200 job. I got a $50 discount at the end. I think the $10 discount for a nice review is a bit suspicious as well. I spoke to the guy in the office in the office--claims he only makes $62 on this job-- not sure how this is determined if you haven't actually seen what the job involves. Won't be using them again.

Additionally, this booking involved light demolition, which contributes to labour costs. To ease your concerns, we have offered two discounts, amounting to $60 in total.
We strive to offer competitive rates while ensuring quality service. Our fees cover administrative costs, labor, recycling, transportation, and more, as outlined in both the quote and the final invoice. While our fees may not be the cheapest, they are affordable and reasonable given the quality we provide.
