I called customer service to add the other countries I was visiting. The representative was very helpful. The countries were added and a confirmation email was sent right away.

Didn’t pay for a covered incident
Bought a plan that said it would cover delayed baggage. Our baggage was delayed over 36 hours but finally arrived. They told me they are a secondary plan and the airline should pay for the delay. They stopped responding to my emails when I showed them all the documentation. I wont use them again.

Based on the information initially submitted, our claims team understood the claim to involve lost items rather than a baggage delay. Upon further review, on 8/19/26, we emailed you a request for documentation confirming when the bags were delivered, along with any additional receipts for eligible expenses incurred during the delay.
Once we receive the requested documentation, we can complete the evaluation. For additional support, please reach out to us directly at (800) 774-3959 and request to speak with our Claims Manager. We are available to help you!

We were canceling a trip
We were canceling a trip. Keyonna let us know we could transfer the down payment to a new trip. Perfect. Also, we like that this company lets you pay as you go i.e. pay more towards your insurance as costs accrue (airfare , final trip costs etc) She carefully explained what our options were . Love this company

I have done other travel insurance and and this is the worst.
I have done other travel insurance and I could do it by email. For this insurance, I need to print out the information because I don't have adobe that cost money. I was also told that I could go to Staples to print out the documents. I had no problem making claims for my granddaughter.
I also received an instruction sheet where the person on the phone said that he would highlight what needs to be done. The entire page was highlighted. I'm only sorry that I an using this agency again for another upcoming trip.
