As the account holder, I like the current version - please don't change anything. However, some of my customers have difficult accessing GTM meetings and have requested me to switch to Teams. So solving access problems would be helpful.

The dregs of the internet
If somehow someone using gotowebinar gets hold (steals) one of your emails then you get a deluge of spam from gotowebinar users, the opt out and report spam does nothing. Also reporting them to productabuse @ goto.com is useless as it seems the platform was built by spammers for spammers. They do not stop spammers, they could block them by ip address . I ask them to block all users on their platform from my emil. ie a global block for my email but they will not do it. they are the dregs of the internet.

Terrible organisation. Auto renew without telling you then refer you to their website. Horrible to deal with so many better providers on the market now so sure they will die off.

We ported out all phone numbers
We ported out all phone numbers, yet they kept charing us for phone lines with no phone numbers!
I guarantee you every single person at gotoconnect would not like paying for internet with no connection, and no product subscription that never ships the products to them, or phone service with no phone service. But they do it to others.
Their customer service rep, said... but you still had gotomeeting? A feature that was never used once in the prior 15 months, and happens to cost $12/month, not the $200/month we paid for 15 months.
If GoTo doesn't refund for at least one month (they actually owe for two), then I will never refer anybody to goto like I have in the past... this will literally kill nearly all goodwill that I've built with this company since it was Jive.

Do not sign up for anything with these people. All I get is spam from them and they have no interest in stopping their platform being used for it and just state that other webinar companies have the same problems. In my experience this is not true.
I've now completely blocked all of their emails and will no longer attend or use their services.
Avoid like the plague!!!

Informed. Knowledgeable and compliant
In April I joined 'GoTo' they kept me fully informed at every stage of the sale of my parents house. I told them that if they needed to contact me, not to do so before 12 noon any day of the week. They were readily compliant. They answered my questions very professionally but quite abruptly.

Impossible to cancel
I tried to cancel online. I was told to call with a ticket number and it was an advertisement to add more service. I called a second time and waited to be transferred to "billing". He could not find my account by my phone number, the number given to me by them or my billing account number. Please don't try this service.

I just wanted to say how grateful i am to Shane Rudden. I was the seller with a really annoying unreliable buyer who never met dates. Shane had to chase him every day and eventually we have exchanged contracts. I feel he really went the extra mile.

I am so upset due to their unnecessary…
I am so upset due to their unnecessary charge of my credit card which was on file with them. I requested to terminate our Goto services and stopped using but then we still were getting charged then we requested them again to terminate but this time I removed my card on file to avoid any unnecessary deduction but now i am keep getting notices of payment for the services that I've never used and terminated already. Today I emailed them 3rd or 4th time to stop bothering us but still issue is not resolved. Never have your card on file with them or I would suggest to stop using their service if you care about customer support

Terrible company-paid, tried to setup, unable, contacted tech support, he said during the setup that i would be charged for an additional phone line.....this was this first line i would use! how can u sell a service that you cant use without an additional charge? never got it working because I didnt want to pay for a line when im already paying for the service...when i saw all the negative reviews, I immediately understood i had made a big mistake.Having seen the reviews abour systematic overcharging and cancellation fees, ..then when i looked everywhere for a link to cancel, .ITS NOWHERE! reached out for my rep to cancel---4 days later and 7 calls to the rep tim K -STILL NO CANCELLATION --Escalating to a complaint with the better business bureau-AVOID THIS COMPANY----another update...after speaking with my rep tim k, he says there is nothing else he can do! that he has submitted the cancellation, and that his hands are tied! ultimately, I cancelled my credit card so they cant create further charges! If you do business with this company, you are doing so at your own risk!!!!!! dont say you werent warned.....I should have looked at the reviews before I gve this company my credit card.....after all the horror stories with them this has caused a great deal of stress in my life un-necessarily

Sales rep promised SMS will be activated on my account in a few months - it never was. Put up with the poor platform for the year I had the contract signed for, but cancelling my account is next to impossible. Says to contact support, but support just says they will forward my account elsewhere with no sign of anything being done. Super poor practice.

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience! Rep lied to us about several issues. Told us that all of their customer service was located in the US. On our first call to CS, we reached someone in Guatemala! He couldn't find our account for a long time, finally found it with my email. We had so many problems BEFORE we ported over our lines that we got nervous about the company, so we decided not to move forward with GoTo and told them to cancel everything. The arrogant rep that sold us the service had previously boasted about being able to cancel clients if they weren't happy because he had TOTAL CONTROL over who he held to contracts and who he let out. Apparently he decided to cancel the contract, but he also decided that they would bill us $1100 for service we never received... we never even ported over the numbers from our other provider! We found out about the $1100 charge from an email from another person in a different department. I had tried contacting our rep about the charge, but he hid like a coward and avoided all my calls. I called and spoke with the person that sent the email and she was nice, but said the rep had total control on what happened and I needed to speak with sales. She obviously was aware of my frustration of being lied to about Customer Service being in the US, and she tried to convince me that Guatemala was part of their US service!!I WOW, didn't even know how to respond to that! I told her our rep was avoiding all calls, and even had sent an email stating "we do not need to connect any further"... (I'm continually shocked at his arrogance!) I told her he was avoiding my calls, and she said she would leave a message for his supervisor. I'm still waiting on her call. Extremely dishonest rep, lied to us several times, avoids calls, difficult to reach real people. When he was trying to sell us the service he said "Call anytime and he'd be happy to assist..." obviously that was a lie as well. If I could give zero stars I would. Recommend staying as far away as possible from GoTo, they have no ethics whatsoever!

Greedy management, 5 massive layoffs in the last year, they considered the employees a number, stabbing in the back is a daily routine.
Absolute sham of a company
Trying to cancel the autorenew option on this product but neither the site admin portal nor the wretched bot-driven chat provided the help I needed. Attempted this last year too with equal success.
As another user stated, avoid this nightmare company and consider a competitor.
No notice on renewal
No notice on renewal, software unused for quite some time and no comms with us that would have highlighted their existence. Stuck belligerently to their 30 day notice period meaning we're stuck paying for a product that we cannot use.
Shoddy practices from a company that I would never consider in the future.
Wait time on hold on the phone is…
Wait time on hold on the phone is always in excess of 45 minutes. Even when the initial message says it will be less than one minute. And they are slow to sort issues.
