SCAM ALERT!!! 5 round trip tickets from Chicago to Cancun was originally $1121 but the return flight price changed to the tune of $500 per person. I called United and they said my flight costs $4850. I had to cancel my credit card and am disputing the $1121 charge. How they’re able to still operate is literally a crime, btw their English is incoherent to put it nicely. DO NOT FALL FOR THE 5 STAR REVIWS THEY'RE ALL FAKE.

The only reason I gave them a 1 on the review is because ZERO is not an option.
I booked a flight, and 30 minutes later a Rep called to say there are no more seats available at that price. BUT we can get you on that same flight for an additional $450+. I took out the additional insurance when I purchased my ticket. She said that didn’t matter. I could pay them $98 to cancel within 24 hours or I would lose my entire payment. I checked my bank account and an additional $49 had been added to the ticket cost.
Completely a fraud company!

The website is a load of crap. We booked a cheap flight. The price suddenly increased almost fivefold. Plus, we couldn't fly from Miami and had to go to Fort Lauderdale. We're very disappointed and will never book with them again.They're all criminals there.

Scam Alert, Scam Alert stay away from this website. Got an email confirmation for a round-trip ticket and then they called and said that I would have to pay an additional $642. They first said oh you need to let your credit card company know that the charge of $835 is ok for the round-trip flight that you booked online. Once I did that BAM they said you have to pay an additional $642. So I said cancel the ticket and they said I owe a cancelation fee of $166. I said no you cannot charge my card that amount. They were insistent that they were going to refund the money but I had to pay $166.

Warning – Unreliable Service!

Be very careful when dealing with this company. After I made a booking and received a booking number, they contacted me saying the price needed to be changed. Then they claimed that the original offer was no longer available. This is very misleading and feels like a scam. They lure you in with a low price, then try to charge you more after you commit. Avoid this service – they are not honest or professional

Make Sure do not book from this website .for the first time they show a cheap price when they used your card then they charge you Extra amount .

stay away from them. They are fake, deceptive and dishonest. They'd advertise an airfare, once you pay with credit card, instead of issuing your e-ticket, they'd ask you to call their hot number. Once you call then these fake ass Indians with the terrible accent would now tell you that....oh that ticket you just purchased was a promotional one but it's currently not available so you have to pay additional amount usually more than double the amount you paid for their advertised ticket. If you ask for a refund then they'd' say this ticket is not refundable. well...... if it's not refundable then go ahead and issue me my damn ticket, the answer is No? You just got scammed. thankfully i was swift enough to report their deceptive conduct to my credit card provider. I’ll go ahead and report them to the BBB

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Bought and paid for my ticket and get a call the next day saying I would have to pay $378 more to fly from my local airport 2 miles from me or pay $178 more to fly from am airport 1 1/2 hours away. Was told it was a promotion and they were sold out. I told them to refund my money and was told, I could not get my money back that it's in the fine print. No where did I read that. I told them to just keep my money then and hung up. Got a call back asking why I hung up. Pretty obvious I was upset that I fell for this scam. Then I'm told we'll I can give you $50 back. I am going to blast this all over the review pages. Never use these people.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I received a confirmation email for my booking that gave all my information and it stated I was male. (I'm not.) So, I called the company and left a message, twice. I got a return call or two and finally connected with someone. Very long story synopsis: they wanted money to reissue my booking, they wanted money to cancel my booking. I had paid $29 for flight insurance, but they wanted wanted an additional money to cancel. As I kept refusing the person I spoke with put me on hold and gradually the amount to reissue was reduced. I finally refused to pay anything more I was told that I would end up being charged for the entire original amount. I asked for her name, her supervisors name, and who she worked for and the phone number of the company. The representative was sarcastic, "Don't you know what business you booked with?". "You don't know what number you dialed?". I said that when I called the number that was left for me was answered as "Slyfare" and she was calling me from an upstate New York number. At this point I said I would be writing a review on Trustpilot, posting on FB and Reddit, and contacting the BBB. At this point the representative was very irritated and said I should check my email that they cancelled my booking without a fee. I then called my bank and cancelled my debit card to avoid scary charges. It took a lot of time, energy and was very difficult for me not to cave.
