Scam. Rude. They will tell you the ticket no longer available at that price snd you need to pay more . Accuse you of wanting to steal a ticket. Told me im going to be put on no fly list by Delta . Absolutely disgusting group of individuals

Incredible service!
Rob Win was an incredible asset in helping me to undo a mistake in my flight reservations. He remain kind, polite and patient even though our encounter was long and not easy. Being that English is a second language for me, he manage to clarify all the questions I had and help me at every step of the process! Exemplary customer service, exemplary human being; thank you.

Just to let you know, they start off on the website with a great price and an unbelievable price that you can’t resist you put your credit card number in you purchased the tickets and then they call you. Sorry the airline can’t do that for that price. Then the whole scam begins. Then they start negotiating a price to you then they send you an email whatever you do do not do not reply to that email until you read the fine print that’s how they get you. The manager was rude. Trying to get an exclamation they charge an extra money to my credit card saying it was taxes so I paid the full amount for the tickets. Please do not get scammed by these people you got you got me once you’ll never get me again.

Fraud. Scam you. I would not recommend them. Manager, supervisor, & rep all rude & demanding they are charging your card extra because no flights left…if they can’t produce what you pay for, there should not be a charge. Smh

If I had the option to select zero stars, I would have. This company is a total bait and switch. We "purchased" airfare through this company at a great rate but when we called 2 days later to find out why we hadn't gotten email ticket confirmation, we were told that the fare price we agreed to purchase at was no longer available. Not only was the price no longer available, the new price was at least triple and the new travel times were horrendous. We were told that we could not cancel without being charged a penalty. We reluctantly booked tickets at a much higher price. When we received our credit card statement, we had separate charges for the tickets and were then told that we would have a recurring charge of $80.93 to Gotoflyer. We had never agreed to any recurring charges. My suggestion is to NOT to business with this company!

HORRIBLE!! Complete scam and totally fraudulent, they tried to take an extra 650 dollars from us after we booked a flight. The good reviews are all fake, the manager "Joe" screamed at me on the phone when I called out his service for being totally illegal and a scam. They get triggered when called out. These people will steal your money and then try to blame you, DO NOT use them. They have been reported to the fraud department and likely will be investigated. Watch out for the manager "Joe" (likely not his real name) and his customer service rep "Nora Williams" (likely not her real name either).

Working with Go To Flyer was a great experience. Robwin was a fantastic agent who helped me through the whole process. When the seat class I was looking for wasn’t available on the original date, Robwin diligently worked with me to find another flight that worked with my schedule and budget. Fantastic service. Reina was a great person to work with. I had a lot of issues trying to get my children straightened out to get tickets for them because their father has died. Reyna was so patient with me I would recommend her to work with anyone. She is a pleasure to work with. I have been distraught but she had much patience with me and I thank God for her.

Every single 5 star review here is fake. Notice the similar title on every one of them. 'Joe Travelagent' was amazing... They want your CC number and will then tell you the flight is full and try to get more money. It will be more than any of the flights you already searched for. It's a SCAM!

I purchased my round trip ticket and 5 mins later I got a email saying the flight going there had no empty seats! I needed to upgrade! Wanted to charge me $384 for another ticket or $72 to cancel and told me if I didn't cooperate American airlines was going to put me on the do not fly list…. I COULD NEVER FLY WITH AMERICAN AIRLINES AGAIN. So I did pay the $72 to cancel but I will never book with them again!

As many other victims I was quoted a price for a round trip airline ticket via Southwest. They charged my Visa and sent me a "confirmation" email. 10 minutes later I was told my return flight was "unavailable" and that I needed to come up with twice as much money for a ticket on United! When I told them to cancel the flight they charged me a "refund fee" of $213! I am disputing the charge with my bank.

Gotoflyer.com offered a promotional price on their airfare. I received an email saying that the trip was booked and my e-tickers would arrive shortly. Then, the next day, Frank called to say that the offer was no longer available. When I asked for my money back, he said that I was committed to buying more expensive airfare.
I never accepted the higher-priced tickets (another $1500 +) and he attempted to charge my credit card with them anyway. I told the bank to deny the charge which they did. However, they already had $950 of my money from the promotional offer. I asked for a full refund in an email and was told that there would be charges for airline taxes and service fees. How can that be when the tickets were never purchased? The promotional offer was not available!!! This company uses bait-and-switch to scam people out of their hard-earned money. In the end, gotoflyer.com, gave me a partial refund of my money. I lost $209 by trying to book an airline ticket with them. I never received any tickets and will NEVER use them again.

My GF booked a flight from Florida to Montego Bay Jamaica for $275 as advertised on their website. After getting confirmation of the flight been booked we were contacted a day later by an agent who tried to inform us that we needed to pay some $400 more to confirm the flight after they advertised the flight on their website for $275. We asked for it to be cancelled but they refused not to, we called that false advertisement.

Horrible! I will be reporting them for fraud! Total scam!

I booked a flight for 211$$ and they called me saying the seat were over booked and proceeded to tell me there were only seat for 542$ doubled the price and felt pressured to but the more expensive once I tried canceling they said they would keep my 211$$ dollars so in the end I was pressured to purchase the other ticket.it was an hour difference between booking for 211$$ then switched it all on me for double. Pls be careful and don’t book for the cheaper price

GOTOFLYER.COM is a SCAM. Beware. Read the BBB for more detailed reviews. They take money and then call from an indian number to try to upsell the flight and let you know that the flight booked isnt available. They take the money and never refund you once you deny the upcharge. 1-877-250-1705 is the call number. They email you with a generic spam email that just states the booking is canceled. Complete scam and they are reviewing their own website to make it look legit. BEWARE!

I booked a round-trip flight from Portland Me. to Richmond Va. for a price of $143.90 I received an email the next day saying there was an update on my flight. I tried calling on the 24/7 toll free number to inquire on the change and was on hold for 3.5hrs I eventually gave up and called back the next day where after 3 hours and 45 minutes on hold someone answered. The woman and I that I spoke with had communication issues, but I understood that now they were going to charge me a total of $362. I asked to cancel my flight and refund me my money. I was told she couldn't do that and that someone would call me back. It was two days later when I got a call. I spoke with a man I once again had trouble understanding, again I asked to cancel my flight and refund my money, he said he could do that but there would be a $68.72 cancellation fee. I feel this was a bait and switch scam and will be contacting the BBB. I did finally get a flight through Expedia for $222
