Great team, great move, minimal damages.

The only dent to our great experience was that we were originally invoiced based on estimated volume rather than the actual volume of the move. Rectified price of the move was close to 20% less.

Don’t recommend it, for the money we paid to move from QLD to WA we had very poor experience. Lost and broken items, never heard back from the company. For over 11K should have been exceptional service, however that wasn’t the case.

Moving is strenuous and stressful. The team at Grace are super awesome and take so much of the pain away. They are accommodating, professional and accountable.

I would not even bother getting a quote from other removal companies when I have to move again.

Last week Grace Removals moved our container out of their storage to our new rental property. The guys arrived at the specific time indicated and completed the massive task of unloading and distributing our effects in an efficient and professional manner.

Best service and care of our property. The GRACE crew have been looking after our property, including irreplaceable items/records. At the same time we also had property stored with other companies, and with them had broken TV's Computer screens, furniture. GRACE beats them all, hands down, with service, staff (Carlos, Richard), and security. Will use GRACE team again later this year. Also thanks to Gwen & Matt at the office.

It was back in 1968 that I first used Grace (Grace Brothers back then). This move was from Brisbane to Cairns. They were so wonderful, providing excellent service and care for our worldly goods.

Over the ensuing years, I have used Grace again and again. One such move was to Fraser Island.

Everyone has a story & I'm no different however I don't know where I would have been regarding the storage of my precious things without the genuine understanding, care and personal service afforded me by Grace. Very professional service from the quote, to uplift from Leura, to storage on the Gold Coast and delivery to our final destination, the whole process being over a period of about 16 months. Absolutely everyone we dealt with were very personable, helpful and everything was dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. The delivery guys were very cheery, and efficient and nothing was too much trouble.
A couple of small breakages, which didn’t surprise us considering the long timeframe and the number of times everything would have been handled, however, the claims process was very simple. We also had to get a couple of things from storage, as well as a second small collection from our temporary rental, all handled very easily.
All in all, based on our experience we would definitely use Grace again and definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I am 73 years of age and during my 50 years of owning my own home, buying new ones and moving into them Grace has always been my preferred mover.
They are always courteous, efficient and such great workers.
They pack everything with care, they move us with the same care and precision as if we were a huge building and not only that, they also connect and put into place all our appliances.
How good is it to be able to step up and do the washing on the day of the move, turn on the Dyson, boil the kettle everything is set up for us. We wouldn't use anyone else.
